Villa Alamandra is a stunning new construction on Turtle Beach with 180 degree views of the Caribbean and sister island Nevis with it's beautiful 3,000 foot Mt. Nevis 2 miles across the sea. A 2 minute walk will take you to the beautiful and secluded Turtle Beach.
Our living room, dining area, kitchen, and master suite are on the main floor with beautiful natural wood high vaulted ceilings. The veranda and pool are located on the same floor. Gourmet equipped custom kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy the view while cooking on the semi circular kitchen island. The dining table seats 6-8.
All bath rooms are equipped with custom vanities and granite counter tops. All 3,000 sq ft of flooring are covered with 18X18 imported Travertine tile. Large master bedroom ( King ) and bath plus 2 large guest bedrooms ( Queen ) all with French doors to veranda and terrace, A/C and fans. Laundry room with A/C. Living room opens to covered veranda by sliding glass wall.
We are located in the very exclusive Turtle Beach Estates on the SE Peninsula. The exclusive "Beach House Restaurant" is just down hill from us. We are also within walking distance to Cockleshell Beach where you will find, in a more casual setting, the Reggae Beach Bar and Grill and the Spice Mill Restaurant.
Even the most discriminating guest would find our home exquisite and a vacation to remember. Honeymooners would love our romantic setting and location.

We have traveled the world and sailed to many of the Caribbean islands but fell in love with Turtle Beach on St. Kitts. Although our children are on their own, they take any opportunity to visit us on Turtle Beach.

Great Villa w/ Incredible Panoramic View including Nevis

Breathtaking is the only way to describe the entry into this villa when the entire back wall is open to the pool and astounding views of Nevis beyond. The villa is practically new and very well appointed. It was even better than the photos, and spotless! Every conceivable convenience was available, pots, pans, nice dishes... even pool floats and snorkeling gear! Though it was further from town than some of the other villas, we found we really enjoyed the scenic drive into town, and you really wouldn't want to stay on the island without a car, there is just too much to see. Plus, it is a short walk to a nice swimming/snorkeling beach, a couple of great reggae beach bars, a couple of fine restaurants and the ferry to Nevis (if you are considering going, DEFINITELY do so). We found Turtle Beach and Villa Alamandra to be a perfect spot to unwind and decompress; it is private, very quiet and peaceful. There is so much to see and do, our week's stay did not begin to do the island justice. We will definitely return to this great piece of Caribbean heaven!

We (three couples) stayed at this wonderfully appointed Villa. It was perfect. The Villa was just as the owners described. The description and photos did not do it justice. The view was fabulous. The home was clean and well maintained. I have allergies to mold, mildew, and dust and did not have any problems. I would definitely recommend this property without reservation. It is close to two fabulous restaurants (The Beach House and Spice Mill). We also recommend Rituals for a quick breakfast or lunch. If you go to Nevis, you must visit Golden Rock Inn for lunch. The view is spectacular, the service is warm and welcoming and the food is exceptional. You will need a car or to hire a taxi due to the remote location of the Villa. It is well worth it.

This is a beautiful property located on the very remote and private part of the island. While we worried about this when we first arrived, we found that we spent most our group time at the house or near the house and it was simply not a problem. We had 8 adults, which requires one couple or person to sleep on a blowup bed but it worked out fine for us. We ate half our meals in and half out. This villa is walking distance to the best restaurant on the island and maybe in the Caribbean- the Beach House- and is only minutes from the second best- the Spice Mill. We are all divers and dove on a boat during the day and brought some tanks home and shore dove the turtle beach area and it was great fun. In fact we caught lobsters on the last day and brought them home for dinner. The patio/ pool area is incredible- we ate our dinners there and just hung out there in the afternoons. The house in well appointed- everything you need for a delightful stay and the kitchen has everything you need to fix great meals. I would highly recommend renting a car and a 4 wheel drive one if possible. You will need to go back to town or the Frigate Bay area often and doing by taxi might be expensive. You will be driving on the opposite side but with focus and patience, this is an easy transition. Wonderful holiday and the villa was a big part of the success, I would recommend it highly!

We spent three marvelous days at Villa Alamandra. The home itself is well appointed and well laid out; it is very spacious and beautifully decorated, but nothing can compare to the amazing views the home offers. From anywhere in the house there is a breathtaking view of the ocean and the green hills. Although there was so much to explore on the island, we found ourselves wanting to do nothing more than sit on the veranda with a drink in hand, our feet in the pool, and taking in the breezy Caribbean views. We cannot wait for our next trip back!

Turtle Beach, St. Kitts and staying at Villa Alamandra was one of the most beautiful and fantastic vacations our family has taken, we just returned from celebrating the New Year's holiday there. We really enjoyed and appreciated all of the amenities of Villa Alamandra. The pictures are great, but to actually sit on the veranda and take in the view is amazing. The owners of this property were also tremendously helpful and very accomdating with assisting us plan our stay. We highly recommend traveling to St. Kitts & Nevis, staying in Turtle Beach, and at Villa Alamandra. We definitely plan to make a return trip!

We had the wonderful opportunity this past year to rent this "House Beautiful" property. The home is exactly as pictured & very comfortable. You definitely can't get enough of the postcard perfect view from the verandah or the pool. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the activities at Reggae Beach and the food is wonderful at the nearby Beach House and Spice Mill. Being within walking distance to the ocean made it very simple to snorkle the reef and enjoy romantic walks.

We spent a most magnificent week at Villa Alamandra. The home is newly constructed and exquisitley furnished. The home has an unsurpassed view of Nevis and the Caribbean Sea from every room, the veranda and the infinity pool. We had a most wonderful time touring the island, having lunch at Rawlings Plantation, snorkeling above the sunken ships at Whitehouse Bay, sailing from Cockelshell Bay, more delicious meals at The Beach House, The Spice Mill Restaurant, lobster at Shiggidy Shack and at the Raggae Beach Bar and Grill. We can highly recommend a vacation at Villa Alamandra.
