Why the Owner Chose Crescent
We are excited to be a part of The Crescent located in the Destin area. When we vacation we look for properties that have a new, fresh feel to them. This can be achieved if a complex is in fact new but is also possible if the right property management and owners council is in place. The last thing a guest (or us) wants is to arrive in an atmosphere that has not been kept up...it can ruin a vacation. The Crescent is a fabulous property that has been meticulously upgraded and maintained. We actively participate on the councils to ensure the opinions of our guests and ourselves are heard. We also own units in Waterscape (Okaloosa Island) and Santa Rosa (San Remo) on Scenic 30-A and can honestly say this approach has worked. To us, there are no better beaches anywhere and it's hard to beat the food. Hope to see you!

We stayed for a week (9/10-9/17). We had an excellent time. The condo was beautiful - with a beautiful view of the beach and water. The owners were very thoughtful and had a eye for details that really made the process easy and smooth. We will definitely want to come back!

We had an excellent stay at this property in mid-August. It was well-stocked and very clean. The owners were great to answer questions and provide suggestions for dining. The master walk-in closet made a great "bedroom" for our toddler who needed a quiet, dark space to nap. The property is maintained nicely and the beach was very peaceful. Great time to travel for those who don't have children in school. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Our family has stayed in Destin several times over the years and this condo was by far THE BEST we've rented, for many reasons: LOCATION couldn't be better! Loved that this complex truly is ON the beach, as opposed to across the street. GORGEOUS beach, with nice chairs and umbrella waiting for us everyday. TROPICAL pool area was well maintained and pretty CONDO was nicely appointed and clean VIEW from balcony was fabulous! WILL rent again!

We have visited Destin every year for the past 10 years and were very leary this year with the oil scare. We ventured out anyway and stayed at the Highfield's beautiful condo. It was absolutely perfect! There was oil on the beach one of the days of our stay, so we enjoyed the pool that day - which is beautiful as well. Whatever the circumstances of the day would hold, we knew we had an awesome retreat waiting for us in the room. It's very comfortable and homey - loved the decor!!! My 2 kids loved it as well. We have found our new favorite place to stay in Destin and look forward to our vacation next year!!!! Thank you Highfields!!!

We have stayed at the Crescent several times and this was the first time we rented through VRBO. We had a wonderful experience! We love the Miramar Beach area - it seems less congested than other parts of Destin. The condo was beautiful and the owners were great to work with. The pictures of the condo didn't do it justice. We had a wonderful week there and will definitely return. I would highly recommend this condo!

We have stayed at the Crescent before and love everything about it. The complex is small enough that you feel safe and familiar with everyone but large enough to have your privacy and space. The pool(s) are fantastic, large, extremely clean and plenty of chairs for everyone to lounge. Never feels overcrowded. This location is close to the outlet mall, the fresh seafood store, donuts, Whataburger, Starbucks... the grocery store and drug store. This is our favorite condo in Destin by far. Linda's condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Feels like "our home" in Destin. Can't wait to get back!

My family has stayed at several places in the Miramar Beach area, and the Crescent never disappoints! This particular unit is top notch: affordably priced compared to other units, great views, and a very friendly owner who is very responsive. The beach (of course) is absolutely stunning, and our 3 year old had a blast in the kid friendly pool. This location offers easy access to local shopping and beachside restaurants within a 5 mile radius.

I stayed in this condo when I traveled to Destin, FL for a wedding. The pictures do not do this place justice, it's GORGEOUS!!! The weather wasn't the best but it didnt' matter because everything else was perfect. The owners are so nice and wonderful to work with. One other family attending the wedding stayed in this condo last year and loved it. It's the most beautiful unit (out of the 5 I saw) at the Crescent. Shopping was close, it was easy to find, pools and beach were easily accessible and the view from the balcony was amazing!!! I will definitely stay here again.
