The house is located in the popular Tigertail beach area of Marco Island at 568 Elk Circle.This paradise located house has just been remodeled inside and out. Included are all new Tommy Bahama style furnishings, all bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with all towels and linens needed for your stay and we have even included larger beach towels for your beach outings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils needed for any type of cooking that you desire. There also is a large family room and a separate TV room and separate dining room.
Outside we have very large private backyard secluded by a privacy hedge all of the way around the yard. There is a large outside covered lanai with a table for outside dining. The pool is on the yard level with a complete screen enclosure and a security fence for children around the pool. The oversize pool is heated and also has a heated spa. Inside the screen enclosure there are covered and uncovered areas for relaxing in the sun or not.
There is a two car attached garage for inside parking. In the garage we have four bicycles for your use to ride and we also have beach chairs in the garage for your enjoyment on the beach. The beach is a nice one mile walk or bicycle ride.
The property location is 568 Elk Circle located in the Tigertail area of Marco Island. We keep the availability calendar up to date so please check to see of your desired dates are open or what dates will work for you.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We starting visiting Florida on vacation years ago. We finally came across Marco Island and loved it so much we moved down here permanently. Marco Island is very family friendly and has something for all ages. There are a lot of families with children that live full time on Marco so the city is very children oriented. We purchased this home so other families could come and visit Marco and see what the paradise rumor is all about.

Marco has something for everyone. In the house we have a book showing the most of the dining and island things to do. Among some in the book are fine dining to casual beach front restaurants, parasailing, boat rentals, fishing charters, personal water craft rental, movie theatre, beach locations and more....

It was our first time renting in Marco Island. We stayed for the month of March 2011 and absolutely loved it. Very private back yard. Convenient to everything. Returning next year!

Wife and I stayed her for the month of April 2011. Enjoyed everything and thought the home fit all our needs. Family came and went at diff times and they too enjoyed. First time staying in Marco. Loved the west coast and the people. Cant say enough good. Hated to go back to the Chicago burbs. Would stay again!

We stayed in this house August 7-14, 2010! I have to say when I saw the pictures I absolutely loved it but seeing the house in person was amazing! House is decorated so tastefully, everything looks brand new......great kitchen, appliances, everything you could need. Bedrooms very spacious and very comfy. We really enjoyed eating out on the patio and the pool was great. Backyard also very roomy for kids and very private as house is surrounded by a 12 foot hedge. The bikes were one of the best parts, 2 trek cruisers that rode great and two other bikes were our way around the island. I will definately return to this very spacious, wonderful house!
