The beautiful, brand-new Bear Hollow community is conveniently located just off of Kimball Junction, at the base of the Utah Olympic Park and just minutes away from several world-class ski resorts including The Canyons (1 mile), Park City (4 miles), and Deer Valley (5 miles). Close proximity to I-80 allows easy access to other nearby ski resorts such as Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbasin and many more (all within 45 minutes drive).
Located across the street from the new Redstone Plaza, around the corner from the large Tanger Outlet Mall, and a few minutes drive from downtown Park City, you can shop 'til you drop, catch a movie, choose your favorite cuisine, or enjoy a night on the town.
After your day of adventure retreat to our townhome where you can kick back and relax. Our NEW, NON-SMOKING, 2100 square foot townhome offers a tri-level floor plan with plenty of gathering space as well as areas of privacy.
MAIN LEVEL:
The spacious main level centers around a large, fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the living room where plenty of seating is available, along with a stereo and large flat screen TV situated above the gas fireplace.
UPSTAIRS:
There are three bedrooms on the upstairs level, including the master, all outfitted with queen-size beds. The master has its own attached large bathroom featuring his/hers wash basins, bathtub, and walk-in tile shower. It also has a TV/DVD combo so you can watch your favorite movie in comfort. Soak those sore muscles in our private HOT TUB located on the back balcony off the master bedroom.
DOWNSTAIRS:
Downstairs you will find a second living room area, with a pull-out sectional couch, futon, large flat screen TV above a gas fireplace, and DVD player. The fourth bedroom, with a twin-over-full bunk bed is also located on the bottom floor. Board games and books are available here for your enjoyment, making this the perfect kids zone. Also downstairs is the washer/dryer and the third full bathroom.

Charcoal grill for guest use.
A block away is the Bear Hollow Village park and clubhouse, including a fitness room, plasma TV, fireplace, computer with high-speed internet access, kitchen, locker-rooms, and a community pool with a very large hot tub.
