View from Home in Winter - North Shore Lake Tahoe, California Vacation Home This PANORAMIC LAKEVIEW home has qualities not often found in a "rental" house. Features indoor hot tub room with slate floors and french doors all opening to the big view, large river rock fireplace, custom kitchen that a chef would appreciate with hand carved oak cabinets with a large chopping block island, separate family room with leather couch with chairs and wood stove, fenced side yard, and a large wrap around deck. There are 3 TV's and DVD's in the home and every bedroom has an unobstructed lake view. This home is located on a charming private road and in Agate Bay an area of North Lake Tahoe (in-between Tahoe City and Kings Beach) which is sought after for summer and winter vacations. Great shopping nearby as well as gaming, shows, and wonderful restaurants. During the summer months guests have access to a shared pier, buoys (as available by reservation), community swimming pool, grassy lawn area with snack bar, sand volleyball court, and tennis courts. The pool is open from mid-June to Labor Day. NOT ALL AGATE BAY HOMES HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THESE FACILITIES BUT THIS HOME HAS ACCESS TO EVERYTHING. The bedding configuration is: King (upstairs master bedroom) Queen (upstairs bedroom) Queen+Twin+Queen (upstairs bedroom that also contains the loft) For winter enthusiasts, Agate Bay is surrounded Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Mt. Rose, and Diamond Peak ski resorts. Cross country skiing is also excellent as well as areas to view the lake while snowshoeing. Discount lift tickets are available for Northstar and Squaw Valley (Save $9-$11 per ticket). * Dogs are allowed with an additional security deposit. This rental home is fully equipped with linens, bath towels equal to the maximum occupancy of the house, free high speed wireless internet, spa towels, pot/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, TV's & DVD's, washer & dryer, and barbeque. The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Winter - $3000 week and $500 night
Spring/Fall - Rates starting from $350-$400 a night.
Departure cleaning is $200.
Security deposit of $500 is required ($700 if bringing a dog)
