The service and communication received from the agate Bay Realty team was excellent. From booking through key pickup and directions. The home is has a spectacular view of Lake Tahoe which offers up unbelievable views to start and end your day. The house has a great "chefs" kitchen with everything you need to create gourmet meals. The living areas are spacious and allow enough room for many people to spread out and relax. The indoor spa with a view is a great way to relax and restore sore muscles

This was a great home, everyroom had a view of the lake. The patio had two tables and many chairs to enjoy the wonderful view. The kitchen was nice and big and had a great island, with a lot of dishes and cooking items. The jacuzzi had its own room with a view. I would recommend staying here.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We definitely enjoyed staying at this home. The view really can't be beat - coffee on the extensive deck in the morning, watching the moon rise in the evening over the lake. There was plenty of room for our party of 6. The house was well appointed, the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking meals for a group (except we couldn't find a can opener, go figure!). The beds were very comfortable. We used the hot tub quite a bit with its beautiful view. We heard some traffic noise during the day, but it was very quiet at night. Literally the only even slightly negative thing I would say is that the downstairs windows didn't have screens, so flying insects did join us. The upstairs windows all have screens. Would definitely rent the house again!

A perfect setting with a spectacular view of Lake Tahoe. the home is beautiful great amenities. The location is perfect for skier/boarders, cross country skiers, or just playing in the snow. It is close to many good restaurants in Kings Beach and Tahoe City and the Nevada state line.

Don't go to this house so that it is available when I want to return. This is the best ever. We loved it. Great views, great kitchen, great Jacuzzi. No complains really. Thank you.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful winter holiday at the Gardner home in Agate Bay. The location is perfect for a ski vacation -- a close drive to many top Tahoe ski resorts and restaurants. The home is warm, cozy, and comfortable during the winter. We thoroughly enjoyed using the inside hot tub after skiing -- a real treat! The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking for a crowd. We would recommend this gorgeous family home to anyone wishing a relaxing lakeside vacation -- summer or winter!

This year we couldnt spent Christmas at home but thanks to the Gardner house we felt home. Not to mention that it was a white Christmas! The house is very cosy , very well decorated and very confortable. The kitchen is fully equiped.As said before it is like being home. The highlights are the spa and the view. Absolutly splendid, gorgeous from all over the house. That's a must. So we had a wonderful stay at the Gardner house.

The Gardner Family Home in Tahoe is a wonderful place to stay. It is very comfortable, has spectacular lake views & is well equipped. Our party would definitely stay at the house again.

Our family has been vacationing in Agate Bay for 20+ years. The Yoder family has rented this lovely home many times over the last 10 years. We love it! Our guests love it! Our many friends who live and have or rent homes (not viewing the lake)in Agate Bay love it! As long as you don't scoop up our precius two weeks, we highly recommend this gem of a property to you and your friends.

The Gardner home is a Spectacular place to spend your vacation. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the views are spectacular from the inside and from the decks, as well. The kitchen is a perfectly equipped venue for cooking just about anything from scrambled eggs to Grand Marnier Souffle. The grill on the deck is perfect for chicken, steaks, hambergers (and hot dogs for the kids.) We had our children and grandchildren visit us while we were there and they were delighted to find so many things for the kids to do, and enjoyed the convenience of having an efficient washer and dryer. I personally, enjoyed just sitting in the living room and enjoying the Panoramic view of the Lake, during the day, and enoying the view from the hot tub in the evenings. We have been renting homes in Agate Bay for years, but this has been the best home that we have stayed in from all points of view, and we are looking forward to making it our home away from home again!
