If you enjoy fishing, it's a great spot to cast a line and catch your lunch or just take a stroll and watch the sailboats and cruisers pass by. Bradenton Beach Marina is just a short walk if you want to rent a boat. Enjoy a five star meal at one of the fantastic and unique restaurants on the island. Make a stop at the ice cream parlor for a tasty treat! A miniature golf course is just ½ block away.
Directly in front of the condo, on Gulf Drive, is the Island Trolley Stop which offers free transportation around the island. Also, for a small fee, they will transport you off the island down to Longboat Key, St. Armand’s Circle, and/or Sarasota Town Center. The Tampa airport is 1 hour away, Sarasota/Bradenton airport is 30 minutes away, and the Orlando theme parks are just 1-1/2 hours away. There is a golf course on the island and 45 more courses close by.

We decided to purchase this condo for the unspoiled beauty of the beach and old Florida charm of the island. We looked at properties from Clearwater Beach all the way down to Siesta Key and this condo took our breath away from the second we saw it. The complex is intimate and relaxing with spectacular views even from the covered parking. Once we walked inside the condo the first time, we NEVER wanted to leave so we decided to call it our home away from home! This truly is paradise at its finest...
