You will be overwhelmed by the wonderful view from the balcony, lapping waves, a beach with sand textured like powder sugar, a resturant scene to meet every taste, and you will be surrounded by "Happy" people! If this unit were for sale, I would buy myself. The owners definately take pride of ownership! I will be back as soon as I am able. This was one of the best rental experiences I have had, and we rent units 4-5 times a year. The owner is great; questions, are answered promptly. Just DO IT!

Have you ever sat in a traffic jam, an office on a wet grey miserable day, an airport waiting to board a very long delayed flight and wished you were some place else? Well this is the place!! Tranquility personified and with all the trimmings. What better way to go to sleep than lulled by the gentle sound of the waves caressing a sandy beach, awakening to the days chorus of a thousand birds, the warm breeze from the gulf, and the aroma of fresh coffee from the automatic coffee maker. This place gives so much pleasure it could draw a tear from a glass eye! Hi Joel and Denise, Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful condo. We had a fantastic, relaxing time. Just got back from Anna Maria! Already looking forward to next year! The condo is in the best location on the beach-you can walk to everything that you need-restaurants, bars, and shops. (And the all important ice cream parlor!) The Publix is just a trolley ride away. I love to wake up, see the beautiful beach from my comfy bed, drink my coffee and just relax! All amenities in the kitchen that you could need for broiling your grouper and boiling your shrimp. I love the master bath with the huge shower and big walk-in closet. You can actually see the ocean while you shower! Joel and Denise have a beautiful condo!

The month went way to fast. Just when you think there is nothing more to say about Joel and Denise's bit of paradise I would like to add a very positive thought for those of you who may have accessibility issues. This condo is a dream, from the elevator to the step in shower. I am dependent on a power wheel chair and need lifts for all transfers. With limited modifications (if you have any questions, ask Joel as he saw what I had to do) I recommend this condo W/O hesitation (the shower is not a roll in). At night when the lights are out do not forget to open the blinds in the MBR to enjoy watching the phases of the moon, wishing stars and if you are real lucky, shooting STARS! Your courage, cheerfulness and resolution helps me carry on - Dougout

We have visited Long Boat Key and Anna Maria Island numerous times and have stayed at probably 5 or 6 different places. This is by far the best - best location, directly on the gulf and very comfortable. We will return!

This is a fantastic place! Lots of room - in new condition - great view of the gulf - actually 30 seconds to the beach. We saw 10-15 dolphins from the time we got here . Joel made us feel "at home", like we owned the place. The only disappointment was not seeing the sea turtles hatch. David Moore

My family and I had a great time staying in this condo. It is right on the beach and just steps from the water. The condo had everything we were looking for as far as location, space and amenities. The views were incredible and the beach has beautiful white sand. Everyone loved the heated pool - especially our two little kids. The condo was very well equipped and we needed nothing but our clothes and food. The location on the island made everything accessible by foot and car. Many great restaurants and shops within walking distance and you are very close to roads leading around and off the island. The owners, Joel and Denise, were very friendly, accessible and helpful anytime we needed them. We felt very comfortable and relaxed during our entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to all.
