EIFFEL TOWER VIEW, BALCONY, ELEVATOR, A/C, CABLE TV, FREE CALLS, FREE INTERNET, NESPRESSO MACHINE
Our incredible apartment in Paris combines a private balcony with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower with an enviable location on the Left Bank, close to the Seine, Champ de Mars, restaurants and cafés. It is undoubtedly one of the most romantic apartments in Paris, which you will appreciate as you watch the sun set behind the Eiffel Tower from your first-row seat on the balcony. Toast the view each evening or enjoy café au lait on the bistro table each morning.
KEY FEATURES
• 560 square foot apartment with one large bedroom, one bathroom, open plan living area, and fully-equipped kitchen
• Unobstructed view from the balcony off the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars Park - stay in Paris and overlook the dark courtyard on the inside of the building? Not an option!
• Sixth floor of the building (seventh floor American) with elevator - apartment is light and high above street.
• Windows and French doors are new with the best quality sound insulation available.
• Late 1800s building means old world charm and beautiful features.
LIVING ROOM WITH SOFA BED
Enter our Pinot apartment and turn right to enter the living room. It is a beautiful double-size room that was opened up to create a feeling of space and light. You are immediately drawn to the balcony; two pairs of French doors lead onto the balcony to breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower to the right, gardens of the Champ de Mars and Parisian life below. A round marble bistro table and chairs sit on the balcony for you to enjoy croissants and café au lait each morning, or toast the sunset in the evening. We believe that a crucial element of your stay in Paris is to be able to enjoy this kind of view - whether for the first or 50th time.
Between the two French doors stands a pretty antique dresser and mirror. On the right is the sofa, which converts to a comfortable double-size bed for sleeping at night. Additionally, we have a folding twin mattress available as an extra sleeping option.
Comfortable chairs face the sofa, important for relaxing at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Find a DVD player which is compatible with American movies, so you can bring your favorites with you. The stereo means you can listen to your favorite CD of music with a glass of wine in the evening. The TV has cable so you can watch CNN, CNBC, Sky News, and sample all of the French channels as well.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The open kitchen is on your left, with all the conveniences you need to prepare a gourmet meal: convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, four-burner stove, toaster, coffee maker, and white porcelain dishes.
The dining area sits in front of French doors on the left hand side. It is in pale beechwood and comfortably seats up to six people.
BATHROOM
Walk down the corridor to find the bathroom on your right. This is a spacious room by French standards, with window overlooking the courtyard. There is a bathtub with shower, sink, washer/dryer, and shelves for storage. .
SEPARATE WC WITH TOILET & SINK
The toilet is next on your left, convenient for 'getting ready' as it is separate from the bathroom. Find a large closet on the right of the hallway, with plenty of hanging and storage space.
BEDROOM
The large bedroom is at the back of the apartment rental and overlooks a quiet courtyard. A pretty bay window overlooks the rooftops at the back. We restored an antique bench for this nook, for reading and simply enjoying your quiet time in Paris. The queen-sized bed is new and of the highest quality, decorated in Provencal-style toile de jouy fabric. The silk taffeta curtains add to the soft, romantic feel of this room. There are three closets on your left for storage, plus bookcase on your right.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The location of our apartment is one of the best in Paris: surrounded by cafés, shops, and restaurants and walking distance to major monuments. It is a ten-minute walk to the Invalides, ten minutes to the Trocadéro, the Grand Palais, and the couturier's on Ave. Montaigne. Fifteen-minute walk to the Champs Elysées, 20 minutes walk to Place de la Concorde and the Bon Marché department.
One block to the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. The Champ de Mars Park is a rare bonus in Paris as there are few large parks in the center of the city. Walk, run, play in one of three playgrounds, basketball court, go to the puppet theater, or just sit and enjoy. Nearby skating and bike rental are a fun activity in the park, especially after strenuous sightseeing.
River is three blocks away where the famous Bateau Mouche boat tours begin.
Open Markets: Rue Cler is three blocks away, one of the most famous pedestrian market streets in Paris. Pont de l'Alma is a five-minute walk and has the largest open-air market in Paris every Saturday morning. Merchants come from the country with wines, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, patés, breads, even five types of escargot!

This was the 2nd time that my wife and I were fortunate enough to take a "once in a lifetime" trip to Paris. Each time we have used Paris Perfect and, quite honestly, I can't imagine using any other service or staying anywhere other than in one of their properties! The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Pinot was a very comfortable, nice apartment, laid out in a friendly and accessible manner. The boulangerie just around the corner makes excellent, affordable breads and pastries. The beignets and flans were our personal favorites. It was rather frigid during our stay (including a snowstorm- Paris in the snow! How special!) and so we did not visit the Eiffel Tower, we DID often enjoy looking at it out of the living room window. Additionally, the proximity of the Tower and the accompanying Champs de Mars actually makes for a safe and enjoyable walking/running loop of about 2 kilometers for those who are inclined toward a good workout! Thanks again!”Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The Pinot is a very comfortable and spacious apartment in a lovely neighborhood. We watched the Eiffel sparkle every hour on the hour, patronized the local vendors - excellent butcher, a variety of top notch bakeries (enjoyed comparing baguettes) and well provisioned grocerers. The retaurants neary are endless and provide a variety of eating experiences. The services and support of the Paris Perfect staff made for a perfect visit.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you for taking time to enter your review. It can be so meaningful to others who are looking for a nice place to stay. Kind regards, Paris Perfect

We found the apartment to be just as it was presented online; very charming and clean. The neighborhood couldnt have been more desireable, with cafes at every street corner and little shops throughout. Our favorite cafe was Cafe Constant; the food was exceptional and the price very affordable. The Eiffel Tower was visible from the livingroom window and was in walking distance from the apartment. Our next trip to Paris will find us staying with Paris Perfect again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/1

After spending three great weeks last spring in your London -- Queensgate -- we just spent two weeks this spring in the lovely Pinot apartment in Paris. Just terrific! We made the trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and loved every minute of it. One addition to all of the great information in your information pack is the restaurant Le Coupe-Chou at 9 Rue Lanneau -- 33 1 46 33 68 69. We have been going there for years. Take the Metro to the Maubert and then it's a short walk. www.lecoupechou.com Although we just returned home, we are already planning our next trip to include both a LondonPerfect apartment and a ParisPerfect apartment.Did you find this review helpful? When I booked and paid for the Pinot apartment I wasn't quite sure that my family and I would end up in the apartment I booked thru the internet or whether it was another internet scam! We had even improvised for hotel accommodation just in case! Well, once we arrived in Paris, there was a very nice lady to greet us at the apartment we booked just as it was described on the net!!! NO SURPRISES! It turned out to be a wonderful apartment with all amenities and in a perfect location. There was even a manual with telephone numbers of grocery stores that provided delivery services, 4 hairdresser boutiques (including Dessange (this info is for Nicosia ladies ONLY!)nearby brasseries and so much more... If anybody in Cyprus or Greece needs any references for Paris perfect, please do not hesitate to contact me. Happy New Year to all!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/1

Just a quick note to say that our stay in Pinot, during this last August was just as good as it gets. The location is ideal, the information sent by Madelyn and Phillipe is perfectly organized, and extremely useful in getting to know the neighborhood. You really do feel like a "temporary local" by the end of your stay, and you will feel a little "homesick" for your apartment in Paris. I'm going through that right now. I would never consider a hotel again for any city that is served by these people, and I believe they offer apartments in London and Rome as well. Thanks also to Carolyn and Balthazar for the great welcome upon our arrival.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/1

We had the picture perfect week in Paris, thanks to our lovely stay at the Pinot apartment. And we're demanding travellers who have stayed in many cities around the globe. Every need was taken care of, the apartment was gorgeous, but we especially never tired of the view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower - it was spectacular. We were enamored of your personal recommendations (and stories) about the neighborhood. Absolutely delightful! This is the first time we've ever rented an apartment, but we will definitely be back - provided our recommendation doesn't open the floodgates of travellers so that we have trouble getting a reservation. No matter what, we get first priority, OK? Again, many thanks. We'll return soon, but au revoir for now.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/1

About the owner: Our Paris apartment rental business started with one special pied-à-terre located on the Left Bank near the Eiffel Tower. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic Paris views and the location – walking distance to cafés, landmarks and wonderful shops. They enjoyed living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open-air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony and eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants just around the corner where locals dine. We have a passion for sharing “la vie Parisienne”—the authentic Parisian lifestyle—and our goal is to help you fall in love with Paris while discovering, exploring, tasting and savoring new sights and experiences in this incredible city!
Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7:
The decision was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find – combining a lively village-like atmosphere with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops and walking distance to classic Parisian sights. We also wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmarks and museums… and with more open-air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. The 7th offered it all!
We loved the fact that the 7th has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find – an authentic and intimate Parisian neighborhood. From the 7th we can stroll to our favorite haunts through beautiful streets and along the riverbank rather than taking the metro.
We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: Paris landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower and even the Arc de Triomphe. We can walk to discount stores in the quartier next door, enjoy morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, take a sunset walk along the Seine to Place de la Concorde and home along the riverbank.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
You invest a lot to come to Paris and we want you to enjoy every minute, from the moment you wake up in the morning and buy buttery warm croissants around the corner to enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower every evening. Children and parents alike never forget the magic light show that starts after dark on the Eiffel Tower, when thousands of lights twinkle on the hour for a few minutes. They beg their parents to let them stay up for one more hour in order to see it “just one more time.”
We know you have dozens of options to evaluate on VRBO. What makes our apartments unique is that they are beautifully decorated, welcoming and located in the best and safest locations in Paris. Most of our apartments offer stunning Paris views for memories of a lifetime. Most important, we have a physical office located nearby that is staffed 7 days a week with a friendly English-speaking team to help you in every way. We are there to offer a warm welcome at a spotlessly clean apartment when you arrive, to answer questions and help you feel at home. This takes the worry out of arriving in Paris, trying to understand complicated building entrances and locks on your own, wondering about local shops and lets you feel like a local from the moment you arrive.
You’ll love living like a Parisian in our charming Paris neighborhood and strolling to landmarks and monuments nearby. Our apartments are located near lovely open-air markets where you can shop alongside Parisians for the freshest foods to enjoy at your home away from home in Paris. That is what we want you to experience in Paris, so you’ll come back to stay with us time and time again!
