Our one-bedroom, one-bath Côte de Beaune Paris apartment is an adorable 490-square-foot property that faces west for bright sunshine, gorgeous sunsets, and magnificent views of the Eiffel Tower from both the living room and the bedroom — it’s so close you want to reach out and touch it! Located on the 3rd floor (4th American, with elevator) of a charming 1800s building on elegant, tree-lined Ave de la Bourdonnais, it offers air-conditioned comfort for two or three people who wish to live like the Parisians do in the village-like atmosphere of the much sought-after 7th arrondissement. Princess Caroline of Monaco lives on this street, so you know it’s very safe. Staying in our Côte de Beaune Paris apartment means you’ll be surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and open markets, and it’s only a stone’s throw to the river Seine, the famous Bateaux Mouches boat tours, and the Grand Couturiers on Avenue Montaigne (Dior, Chanel, Hermes, and many, many more!).
This beautiful, light-filled Paris apartment has been totally renovated and finely furnished, offering a décor that continuously reminds you that you really are in Paris! Then, to convince yourself, simply step across the street and you enter the gardens of Champ de Mars with the Eiffel Tower rising up before you! It’s beautiful any time of day, but it’s awesome at night when it lights up and glows softly at sunset. Then, every hour on the hour the magical 10-minute light show begins! Whether you have been to Paris only once or 100 times, it is simply captivating and unforgettable.
Turn right off of the elevator and step into the small entryway of our Paris apartment with the kitchen immediately to your left. The kitchen has been completely remodeled in white tile with white cabinets and lots of countertop space. It has been newly outfitted with all of the necessary appliances, cookware, and serving accessories you’ll ever need, and you’ll also find a combination clothes washer/dryer and even an espresso maker.
Next on the left is the bathroom, fully restored and beautifully decorated in white and beige marble tile. It features a full-sized, glass-enclosed shower, toilet, and sink.
You are immediately drawn straight ahead into the sunny living room of our Paris apartment and to the large French doors overlooking the street below. The room features original parquet floors, a comfortable Italian sofa that easily converts to a double bed at night, and a beautiful white porcelain stove that heated the apartment in the 1800s. A marble bistro table and four comfortable chairs upholstered in chocolate-colored leather sit next to the window, so you can savor the views of the Eiffel Tower during every meal. With a state-of-the-art kitchen and open markets in every direction, you’ll want to take full advantage of this most memorable dining venue, not to mention the money you’ll save over staying at a hotel. And for your entertainment there’s a flat-screen TV with dual-standard DVD player and a CD stereo so you can bring your own music and films to enjoy. We’ve also provided free high-speed Internet access so you can browse the Web and check your emails.
Step into the large bedroom of our Paris apartment, to the right off the living room, and you’ll be awed by its size and décor. Two large French doors framed in gold-toned silk curtains let the light stream in and reflect off the oak parquet floors and off-white walls, highlighting the original white marble fireplace, the bold crown moldings, and the beautiful antique headboard of the extra-wide queen-sized bed. Look out the windows to see the Eiffel Tower in all her glory. It’s especially wonderful at night when it’s all lit up, but it is also a joy to wake up to every morning! This is a most elegant and romantic bedroom, with a large closet for storage, an electronic safe for your valuables, and a small desk for writing post cards to envious friends.
