Come stay in this beautiful two bedroom south facing penthouse residence and you won't want to leave. We are located at 77th Ave North & Ocean Blvd in beautiful Myrtle Beach just a 90 second walk to the beach. 77th Ave North intersects with Business 17 just south of Carolina Opry and is one of the most desirable neighborhoods at the beach just north of Millionaire Row.
The Horizon @ 77th was completed in July 2008 and we were able to upgrade during construction and we are sure you will enjoy all the enhancements offered. The owners also spend considerable time here so our condo has that 'home away from home' feel and receives a lot of TLC.
Your family will love you for spending your vacation here. This is a gorgeous building and the amenities along with the extras in our unit will make your stay delightful. From the 9' ceilings to the granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, ceramic tile and carpet, wall mount flat panel TV's with surround sound in the living room and whirlpool tub in the master bath, our condo says "Welcome".
This 9th floor unit (over top four levels covered parking) is uniquely situated with the balcony overlooking Ocean Blvd providing inland as well as southern views of the ocean. The floorplan includes (2) bedrooms, (2) baths, living room, dining area and full kitchen. There are king beds in the bedrooms with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The total square footage of this unit is 1078 sq ft including the balcony. You will have a view of the ocean from all the windows plus the balcony and including the large oval window in the master bath. While you will be centrally located at Myrtle Beach and close to everything, your neighborhood is a mix of other condominiums and residential properties set among ancient oak trees providing a pleasant and relaxing stay approximately four miles north of the busy downtown section.
So whether you want to visit the raised outdoor water recreation area with pool and lazy river, the indoor pool, or take a walk on the beach or along Ocean Blvd by the mansions and beach bungalows we are sure this is the place for you. Did we mention that there are(4) levels of covered parking in the building so you don't have to carry your luggage across the street as you do in some other places? It's also elevator equipped and the corridors are air-conditioned.
The unit will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Beds will be ready and bathrooms stocked with clean towels, etc.. Complete kitchen with all the housewares and small appliances await you. Everything is here except food and within a short drive or walk, you can either dine at one of the many nearby restaurants or stop by the grocery for food.

We have been visiting Myrtle Beach for the last 30 plus years. We had been renting condos and were not always pleased with their condition or furnishings so in 2005 we made our first condo purchase. In 2008 we moved to the 'just completed' Horizon. While we spend considerable time at Myrtle we also offer our well maintained and nicely appointed condo to guests. We take pride in providing a very luxurious condo at a fair rate. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.
Why the Owner Chose Horizon at 77th
We chose this particular building because of it's very desirable location at Myrtle Beach, upscale building, luxurious units with lots of added features plus all the amenities are here. It is ocean view, less than a two minute walk to the beach and close to numerous restaurants with easy access to any part of the Grand Strand.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We feel secure at The Horizon due to the location, 24/7 lobby, on-site security, fire alarms and sprinkler system in all the units. We also enjoy the onsite parking decks, roof top recreation area, enclosed corridors, etc.... The Horizon is a fabulous building.

We had the opportunity to stay at the unit a few weeks back and absolutely loved it! The unit is is as advertised, very clean, spacious, and with every amenity you can imagine. It is located in a very quiet area of Myrtle Beach, but close to everthing. It far exceeded any expectations we may have had. The Harvey's were a pleasure to work with, and even returned an email I had early Sunday morning when I was trying to figure out how to turn on the dishwasher.:) Truly a gem. I feel guilty writing this as I would love to keep this wonderful place a secret and all to myself! :) We are already looking forward to our next visit. A great place for vacation and even better people to work with.

The owners are a nice couple who are a pleasure to deal with. The condo has several views of the ocean, and a porch that looks out to the ocean as well. Parking is covered... a real plus in the heat. The property was clean when we arrived, and our stay was very pleasant. Numerous amenities, like pools, were located close by, and the rental includes use of an umbrella and two chairs ocean-side. For us, it was a real benefit to be a couple of miles from the "main drag" of Myrtle Beach... it was close enough to visit, but not so close that getting around to other locations was difficult. Resturants are abundant in the area. My overall comment is that this rental was all that was promised, and I would not hesitate to rent again should I choose to revisit this area.

The Harvey's are very helpful, nice and rent their property at a very affordable price. We traveled with a 5 year old and a newborn and had plenty of space and the amenities were nice. The heated pool was situated on the north side of the building, which sheltered us from a couple windy, coolers days and this allowed us to comfortably enjoy the sun and the pool. The location of their property is also nice. We were in town for a friends wedding during Spring Break season and having lived in Myrtle Beach before, I wanted a place that was away from the masses and this location was perfect! We would definitely recommend their property!

We had a great experience renting this condo. The owners were very helpful and nice, and the condo was really pretty and very clean. There are lots of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We hope to come back again when we return to Myrtle Beach.

We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for several years and have rented many different units over the years. I will have to say this has by far been my best experience. The unit was very clean and was the most well equipped unit I have ever stayed in . Okey informed me all I would need was groceries and he was not kidding! I have never rented a unit before where the owners furnished beach chairs, towels, and beach toys. We had a great vacation and highly recommend this unit.

We have stayed at the Horizon before, and knew we wanted to stay here again. However, I lost track of time and didn't book with the property itself like I normally do. Thankfully, I came across this penthouse unit! The Harvey's were awesome to deal with in booking right from the beginning, and the room was more than we could have asked for! While the description of the unit is right on, the home away from home feel was absolutely great! Not only was the unit nice and clean, but had all the extras that I wouldn't have had just booking a normal room. From the George Foreman Grill right down to the blender, you couldn't have asked for anything more. This will absolutely be my first choice of places to stay when we return to Myrtle Beach!

What a wonderful place to stay! The description of the condo was right on. It was very well maintained and clean. The view from the balcony was great. It was very relaxing to sit out there! The huge round window in the bathroom of the master bedroom was a huge plus! What a view from there! It was something totally different! The condo was very well stocked and had many little "extras" that we were really pleased with. The Harvey's were a pleasure to deal with! From their quick response to our intial inquiry to even callling upon our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recomend making this your place to stay when in the area!!

This unit is in a new building that is only 2 years old. It is very clean and extremely well equipped and cozy. It is a corner unit with a wrap around balcony that provides excellent inland and beach/water views. Most important of all are the owners themselves who go the extra mile to make sure you are enjoying your stay in their home. We have rented a unit from these owners the last two years and highly recommend them.

Hands down the best place we've ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. Beautiful unit, VERY CLEAN, losts of space, great location (close to everything), etc. The perfect spot for our family of four. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!
