The Calvados apartment truly offers a memory of a lifetime, with balcony and incredible views of the Eiffel Tower directly ahead. This one-bedroom, two-bath apartment in Paris is ideal for up to four people wishing to experience the joys of living like a Parisian in the prized 7th arrondissement on Paris Left Bank. It is the perfect place to spend your honeymoon, or celebrate your anniversary while the 20,000 lights of the Eiffel Tower sparkle in front of you — simply magical and unforgettable!
Living in the sought-after 7th arrondissement is the best way to experience Paris. This friendly, village-like neighborhood is chock full of cafés, restaurants, shops, and museums, all within easy walking distance. Stroll around beautiful Champ de Mars park and the Eiffel Tower right across the street, or head across the nearby Seine river to shop the most famous labels in the world on Ave. Montaigne. Walk to the Orsay and Rodin Museums; hop on the nearby metro or buses across the street to Paris, the big department stores, or any of the other famous sights in Paris.
Take the elevator to the 5th floor and enter the Calvados apartment, whose spectacular view and finish remind us of the after dinner liqueur from France. The kitchen is on the right, featuring polished granite countertops and mocha colored cabinets. Large windows overlook the cobblestone courtyard below, adding lots of natural light. Find all modern appliances necessary with high-quality utensils, cookware, and serving pieces to prepare gourmet meals. The famous Rue Cler market street and two open air markets are nearby so preparing meals s a delight and offers formidable cost savings over staying at a hotel.
The powder room is on the right just before the kitchen, accessible from all rooms and handy for extra ‘getting ready’ room. It features a toilet and sink.
Continue down the corridor to the living room on your left. This beautiful room is decorated in a French country style, but you’ll be immediately drawn to the balcony and breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, directly ahead! The room faces west for sunshine and fabulous sunset views of La Grande Dame de Paris, as the French call the Eiffel Tower. The balcony has a small marble bistro table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your croissants and café au lait each morning or toast the twinkling Eiffel Tower with a glass of wine at sunset. This rare Paris view and the pleasure of watching the day unfold below you — parents walking children to school, neighbors buying their morning and evening baguettes, friends meeting for an espresso at the corner café — are truly special and make for memories of a lifetime!
Back to the living room, find a long sofa (long enough for cat naps) that faces a decorative wooden fireplace. A comfortable armchair faces the sofa, in shades of beige with red accent cushions. Above the sofa is a charming theatre scene painting that we found in the Paris flea market. Notice the lamps and lights, plenty of light to read by when you’re relaxing at home. An antique mirror sits above the fireplace with pretty lamps. We leave lots of Paris guidebooks for you to peruse during your stay. These small but important touches such as good lighting are important. To the left of the fireplace is a desk to catch up on emails or write home – we offer free wifi internet. We offer free phone calls to most destinations in the world, a major savings when you compare with any hotel and most apartments in Paris.
The antique oak dining table is on your right as you enter, with beige oak chairs. Screen printed pictures of musical instruments grace the walls.
Back to the corridor and straight ahead is the main bathroom, tiled in beige limestone and elegant mosaic décor. Find a bathtub/shower combination with both fixed and flexible showerheads, sink, mirrored medicine cabinet. We’ve equipped this apartment in Paris with an 80-gallon hot water tank, a rarity in France, and you’ll also find a hairdryer and lots of plush white towels.
The master bedroom is at the end of the corridor on the right, facing the inner courtyard. It offers an extra wide queen-sized bed and high quality mattress from the same company that supplies luxury hotels in Paris. The room has been decorated in pale greens, with floral curtains lined in a pale green checked fabric. The large window overlooks the quiet inner courtyard, but it’s worth mentioning that all of the windows and French doors in every room are new and provide double sound and thermal insulation, the same as used in luxury hotels. You’ll also find a safe to store your valuables.
The en suite master bathroom of our apartment in Paris has a full fixed shower, matt white tiled walls with a pretty mosaic design around the mirror.
At ParisPerfect we strive to provide you with the experience of being in Paris throughout our apartments. We provide elegant touches and we go a great deal further to ensure your total comfort and relaxation. One of our friendly English-speaking greeters will meet you at the apartment to explain how everything works and answer your questions. This is important if you’re arriving in a foreign country and need to call someone if you’re lost or can’t figure out how to operate an appliance. You’ll also receive a 35-page information pack before you arrive, and our on-site English-speaking management team is available 7 days a week. Our cleaning staff and maintenance team, will provide you with a spotless apartment. On-site management and services like these may not be obvious when you shop for an apartment in Paris, but they can make all the difference in your stay.
This is a non-smoking apartment in Paris and, sorry, but no pets are allowed. Please let me know if you have any other questions about our apartment in Paris or if we can help in any way.
Bonjour! From The Eiffel Tower!

This elegant one bedroom apartment is superbly located in Paris’ 6th Arrondissement, where upscale boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants are abundant. The day we arrived, our host was ready and waiting for us with a smile. She was very gracious with her time and gave us a walk through tour of the apartment before handing the keys over. We found her to be very helpful and told us we could call her any time for any questions or concerns we had.
After seeing pictures of this getaway, I knew it would be beautiful but pictures just don’t do justice. "Luxury" is the best word I can use to explain the ambiance, with its stylish furnishings and awesome views of the Eiffel Tower from your private balcony, so close can almost reach out and touch it!
This owner has put much thought and detail into making your stay special. Guide books, reading books and DVD movies are provided for lazy, rainy days or a night in. There was a wonderful homemade notebook filled with maps, restaurant and tour suggestions. WiFi internet is also provided for those who brought their laptop. A complimentary gift basket was provided. It included a bottle of wine, milk, orange juice, snack biscuits and a beautiful baguette bag.
The kitchen is very modern with cherry wood cabinets & granite counter tops, complete with a dishwasher, cooking supplies, utensils and a fun espresso machine. Even the espresso pods are provided! The light filled living room has large, French style windows and beautifully finished wood floors. The room is tastefully decorated with hand selected, upscale Victorian furnishings, a marble surrounded fireplace and several decorative pieces and wall art collected from local flea markets and chic boutiques in the area. The master bedroom is decorated in white and lavender for a clean and cheerful feeling and furnished with a king-size bed made up of two twin-size beds (could be separated if needed). The ensuite bathroom also has top quality fixtures.
I found this retreat to be the perfect setting for my "honey" and I to spend our Paris vacation together. This apartment is clean, lavish and highly recommended to all.

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7
We tried many Paris neighborhoods over the years and living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7
My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

"We had a wonderful week in Calvados. It is in a perfect location with a fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower. It is also the perfect amount of space for us. A favorite feature for us was the balcony that allowed us to sit out and enjoy the view and the fresh air. We really appreciate the amenities that are hallmarks of Paris Perfect apartments: plush towels, good beds and bedding, modern kitchen facilities (especially love the Nespresso machine and coffee),great neighborhood for shopping and dining. Having a courteous English-speaking greeter is very helpful. Sam was great. Overall the apartment experience gave us a chance to feel like Paris residents for a while. Thank you Paris Perfect team!"

“When you rent an apartment sight unseen over the internet, there are a whole range of possible outcomes. When we rented from Paris Perfect, the outcome was off the scale as being more than we expected and could possibly hope for. The apartment was exactly as represented and everyone we dealt with was totally professional, friendly, and ingratiating. Our trip to Paris was one that we have been dreaming of for quite some time, so for you to live up to those dreams was spectacular! Having an apartment instead of a hotel room was the key for our trip to be relaxing. We didn't have to worry about someone coming into the flat every day or being concerned about security, we just lived as Parisians! Every detail was attended to right down to the Paris tour books on the shelves for our use. Thank you SOOOOO much for making our dream trip to Paris come true!!!!"

"Absolutely the BEST Location.... A 1 minute walk across the road to the Eiffel Tower, I was amazed at how close we were, yet still so quiet and relaxing. Our 10 year old son( with us closely behind.... )could scooter under the Eiffel Tower and around the streets easily, without annoying anyone. Happy son, happy mum! Just Loved the apartment. Our greeter was very welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast each morning on the quaint balcony with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. A dream come true for us! So convenient and stress free. Also being able to phone for free from the apartment was another bonus, as we had left Two 18+ children at home and were able to keep in daily contact with them, which gave me peace of mind. Thanks Paris Perfect for making our Holiday PERFECT!"

The apartment was perfect in every way. The location was great and we never tired of seeing the Eiffel Tower from our lovely balcony. All the little touches were especially nice like the hand soap and body lotion. We had a very comfortable stay here in a fantastic neighbourhood. We especially loved buying our croissants and pain au chocolat every morning from one of the many boulangeries at our doorstep. Thank you Paris Perfect for a great stay."

"I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Paris Perfect and the Calvados apartment! This was our first apartment rental in Paris, and suffices to say, we will probably never go to a hotel again. Paris Perfect thought of everything, from the grocery tote you'll need when strolling through the markets, to the booklet of insider information about restaurants, markets, etc. They put so much thoughtfulness into everything. It was such a relief to want for nothing when on vacation! If you want to pretend to be a Parisian on your next trip, look no further. The apartment was spotless, had all the amenities we needed and was the perfect size for my husband and I during our vacation. Every night, at the top of the hour, we simply looked right out the window to the Eiffel Tower 2 blocks away and watched it sparkle. It’s almost too good to be true."

"Paris Perfect excels at attention to detail. Everything we needed was right there in our apartment or a phone call away. They’ve thought of everything, from the quality linens down to the shopping cart needed to carry your groceries to prepare your own meal in your Parisian apartment. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and well cared for – and magnificent can’t begin to describe the view from our balcony. The neighborhood is filled with friendly shop owners who truly made us feel like part of the neighborhood - and the welcome package made us feel like we had the "inside information" on the neighborhood. The Paris Perfect staff is friendly and efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!"

"What can I say. We had the best week in St. Emillion. It is beautifully located with wonderful restaurants close by. The apartment is very well appointed, and is a home away from home. The 'yellow book' which you offer with all the relevant information is a gem, and we took your advice on the restaurants which was excellent, especially Cafe Constant. I took the opportunity presented to have a cookery class at Le Violin Ingress, which I thoroughly enjoyed. While we were there Paris was under snow, and the Eiffel Tower is so close, we could almost reach out and touch it. We would definitely advise any friends who intend to stay in Paris, to stay in one of your apartments. This is the first time we have stayed in an apartment, having always stayed in hotels. Not any more. We are Paris Perfect people." We are happy to be contacted by any future guests.

"Your company is so aptly named - as Paris truly was perfect thanks to your wonderful accommodations! We have been renting apartments in Paris for 15 years, and this was truly the best. This superb apartment is in an excellent location, and as avid walkers, we could walk to almost everything we wanted and needed. Add to that a superb staff who were always at the ready to be helpful and go the extra mile, and you have a winning combination for an excellent stay. The apartment itself was a dream - everything that you could want was provided, plus it was so clean and well cared for and was easy for us to care for. The only thing that I would have preferred was the use of a duvet on the queen sized bed, rather than the top sheet and blanket, but this is a personal preference. Thank you for such a great experience and we will definitely be back!!!"

"We loved our first visit to Paris and our week in the Cabernet apartment! The view is incredible -- because of that alone, we enjoyed dinners overlooking the Eiffel Tower -- one prepared by private Chef Diane Anthonissen (incredible!) and another procured from the wonderful shops on Rue Cler. The apartment was extremely clean and a lovely place to spend our time when not exploring the city. Paris Perfect's guide to the neighborhood is a great resource. We frequented a number of excellent shops and cafes just outside our door. We'll return to Paris and to Paris Perfect!"
