"The Calvados apartment was wonderful. It was stocked with all of the essentials for a perfect trip. We have stayed in rental apartments before and none have been stocked with things like spices, coffee filters dish liquid etc. This really made it nice. The location and view of the Eiffel tower could not be beat. The area was perfect for walking around and experiencing Paris. The Paris perfect team did such a wonderful job of welcoming us. We will be back!"

We loved our stay at the Calvados in the 7th arrondissement. Although it was not our first trip to Paris, it was our first time renting an apartment instead ofnstaying in a hotel. Paris Perfect provides everything in the apartment you would need: a well supplied kitchen containing dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, lovely appliances, etc. There is no guesswork here because amenities are abundant! The apartment itself was charmingly furnished and comfortable. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room is surreal, especially in the evening when the lit tower is breathtakingly beautiful. The neighborhood is residential, very upscale and lovely with easy access to the #42 bus which is a sightseer's delight. The neighborhood is abundant with markets, boutiques, patisseries, and some wonderful restaurants. In fact there is no need to have dinner elsewhere-- we cancelled reservations at restaurants in other locations once we realized that there were local treasures. If you want the experience of living for just a little while in Paris, you cannot go wrong here. What a marvelous way to enjoy a vacation in the most beautiful city in the world!

"I just want to thank everyone at Paris Perfect for living up to the glowing reputation and reviews on Trip Advisor and VRBO as well as Paris Perfect's website. I had somewhat lofty expectations since it was my first trip to Paris. The apartment exceeded any expectations by a mile! It was a girls trip (with my daughter turning 21) and we had a ball. The 7th Arrondisement felt like our own special neighborhood - quite frankly I could have spent a month exploring our own little streets.

“We had the most Memorable experience with Paris Perfect. This Apartment provides us with everything we could have needed. We had a comfy bed, a nice soaking tub, and a separate toilet which is always nice. We had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was just the right size with every amenity you could want, including an expresso machine, and washer and dryer. It was cold and we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't need any heating, it must've been well insulated. We appreciated all the little extras such as umbrellas, and tote bags for the market, and the free calls back Home to the USA. The decor was very Parisian and romantic. Oh and the view was spectacular. The sight of the Eiffel Tower was always magical. We would Like to thank you for your Hospitality, and all of your suggestions. We enjoyed every moment in Paris. We found this location to be centrally located. We hope to go back and visit, and we will certainly be staying with you in the future. Thanks for being a part of our perfect Vacation."

"We had a wonderful week in Calvados. It is in a perfect location with a fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower. It is also the perfect amount of space for us. A favorite feature for us was the balcony that allowed us to sit out and enjoy the view and the fresh air. We really appreciate the amenities that are hallmarks of Paris Perfect apartments: plush towels, good beds and bedding,modern kitchen facilities (especially love the Nespresso machine and coffee),great neighborhood for shopping and dining. Having a courteous English-speaking greeter is very helpful. Sam was great. Overall the apartment experience gave us a chance to feel like Paris residents for a while. Thank you Paris Perfect team!"

“When you rent an apartment sight unseen over the internet, there are a whole range of possible outcomes. When we rented from Paris Perfect, the outcome was off the scale as being more than we expected and could possibly hope for. The apartment was exactly as represented and everyone we dealt with was totally professional, friendly, and ingratiating. Our trip to Paris was one that we have been dreaming of for quite some time, so for you to live up to those dreams was spectacular! Having an apartment instead of a hotel room was the key for our trip to be relaxing. We didn't have to worry about someone coming into the flat every day or being concerned about security, we just lived as Parisians! "Absolutely the BEST Location.... A 1 minute walk across the road to the Eiffel Tower, I was amazed at how close we were, yet still so quiet and relaxing. Our 10 year old son( with us closely behind.... )could scooter under the Eiffel Tower and around the streets easily, without annoying anyone. Happy son, happy mum! Just Loved the apartment. Our greeter was very welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast each morning on the quaint balcony with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. A dream come true for us! So convenient and stress free. Also being able to phone for free from the apartment was another bonus, as we had left Two 18+ children at home and were able to keep in daily contact with them, which gave me peace of mind. Thanks Paris Perfect for making our Holiday PERFECT!"

The apartment was perfect in every way. The location was great and we never tired of seeing the Eiffel Tower from our lovely balcony. All the little touches were especially nice like the hand soap and body lotion. We had a very comfortable stay here in a fantastic neighbourhood. We especially loved buying our croissants and pain au chocolat every morning from one of the many boulangeries at our doorstep. Thank you Paris Perfect for a great stay."

"What can I say. We had the best week in St. Emillion. It is beautifully located with wonderful restaurants close by. The apartment is very well appointed, and is a home away from home. The 'yellow book' which you offer with all the relevant information is a gem, and we took your advice on the restaurants which was excellent, especially Cafe Constant. I took the opportunity presented to have a cookery class at Le Violin Ingress, which I thoroughly enjoyed. While we were there Paris was under snow, and the Eiffel Tower is so close, we could almost reach out and touch it. We would definitely advise any friends who intend to stay in Paris, to stay in one of your apartments. This is the first time we have stayed in an apartment, having always stayed in hotels. Not any more. We are Paris Perfect people." We are happy to be contacted by any future guests.

"I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Paris Perfect and the Calvados apartment! This was our first apartment rental in Paris, and suffices to say, we will probably never go to a hotel again. Paris Perfect thought of everything, from the grocery tote you'll need when strolling through the markets, to the booklet of insider information about restaurants, markets, etc. They put so much thoughtfulness into everything. It was such a relief to want for nothing when on vacation! If you want to pretend to be a Parisian on your next trip, look no further. The apartment was spotless, had all the amenities we needed and was the perfect size for my husband and I during our vacation. Every night, at the top of the hour, we simply looked right out the window to the Eiffel Tower 2 blocks away and watched it sparkle. It’s almost too good to be true."

"Paris Perfect excels at attention to detail. Everything we needed was right there in our apartment or a phone call away. They’ve thought of everything, from the quality linens down to the shopping cart needed to carry your groceries to prepare your own meal in your Parisian apartment. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and well cared for – and magnificent can’t begin to describe the view from our balcony. The neighborhood is filled with friendly shop owners who truly made us feel like part of the neighborhood - and the welcome package made us feel like we had the "inside information" on the neighborhood. "Your company is so aptly named - as Paris truly was perfect thanks to your wonderful accommodations! We have been renting apartments in Paris for 15 years, and this was truly the best. This superb apartment is in an excellent location, and as avid walkers, we could walk to almost everything we wanted and needed. Add to that a superb staff who were always at the ready to be helpful and go the extra mile, and you have a winning combination for an excellent stay. The apartment itself was a dream - everything that you could want was provided, plus it was so clean and well cared for and was easy for us to care for. The only thing that I would have preferred was the use of a duvet on the queen sized bed, rather than the top sheet and blanket, but this is a personal preference. Thank you for such a great experience and we will definitely be back!!!"

"We loved our first visit to Paris and our week in the Cabernet apartment! The view is incredible -- because of that alone, we enjoyed dinners overlooking the Eiffel Tower -- one prepared by private Chef Diane Anthonissen (incredible!) and another procured from the wonderful shops on Rue Cler. The apartment was extremely clean and a lovely place to spend our time when not exploring the city. Paris Perfect's guide to the neighborhood is a great resource. We frequented a number of excellent shops and cafes just outside our door. We'll return to Paris and to Paris Perfect!"

"Our stay at the Cabernet apartment was wonderful! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary there. The apartment was very clean and beautiful and supplied with everything we needed for the week amd the view of the Eiffle tower was unbeatable! The tower "sparkles" at night on the hour-don't miss it! The apartment is about 3 blocks from the metro and only 2 blocks to the Eiffle tower. Right across the street from the apartment was everything you could need..a grocery store, the boulangiere, cheese store, wine store, butcher and many wonderful restaurants to choose from. We really enjoyed living like Parisians-I don't think we could have captured the real essence of Paris in a hotel. We would definately rent again from Paris Perfect or London Perfect again. "

“Our experience in the Cabernet apartment was even better than we had hoped. The location was ideal -- walking distance to so much, and very close to metro, RER, and Bateaubus for venturing out. The immediate neighborhood was wonderful: amazing roasted chicken-to-go right at our doorstep; grocery, patisserie, wine shop, and many restaurants just a few steps away. The area was very family-friendly and felt totally safe. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for the four us us (including 2 kids) for a week. Of course, the view was spectacular! Impossible to imagine going back to a hotel after this experience."

“Our stay at Cabernet was part of a 10th birthday trip for one of our granddaughters. We had a wonderful time! Staying in an apartment is ideal for anyone traveling with a child, especially because of the flexibility it provides with regard to food and the ability to do laundry. The apartment is very well located and beautifully decorated. The neighbors are quiet, friendly, and not easily bothered. We particularly enjoyed shopping for food and drink on rue St. Dominique and rue Cler. The kitchen is well-appointed though a little small from a serious cook's perspective. Also, I think the description on the website should be clearer about the fact that there is only one toilet (even though there are two showers)."

“We stayed in Paris Perfect Cabernet apartment in May 2010. From the first contact with Paris Perfect all information was passed onto us in a professional, friendly manner. The pre arrival information is just amazing and really helped us to find our way around the absolutely beautiful area. The apartment was fabulous with the Eiffel Tower view straight from our lounge area window. The photos are exactly as it is. The neighborhood is just what you would imagine a Paris village area to be. Rue St Dominique is really unique in the variety of small shops (all of whom indulged our very average attempts to speak French.) As long as we greeted everyone in French everyone helped us to get the message across. The restaurants in the local area were great too. We particularly liked Cafe Constant sitting in the upstairs section. The apartment has everything you would ever want and is beautifully furnished. The girls who met us on arrival were lovely and showed us through the apartment giving us loads of information. When we get the chance to come back to Paris we would definately stay with Paris Perfect again. The apartment was a highlight of our 5 weeks in Europe. Thanks again, your attention to detail and friendliness is much appreciated."

You've done it now!! We are completly spoiled, forever! We have been to Paris many times, but this trip was the best EVER, all because of Paris Perfect. For the first time, we really felt a part of Paris, as if we were living there in our very own apartment. Every AM I left our apartment, stepped across the small street to the Patisserie and returned to coffee waiting for us and the best pastries in the world. What a way to start your day! Everything we could imagine ever needing, including a wonderful Pharmacy(sinus infection)was just simply "on our block"! We have stayed in great locations in Paris, at wonderful hotels, but as my husband said, it would break his heart(and mine) to ever come to Paris and not stay in a Paris Perfect apartment...oh yeah, we are spoiled! Thank you all at Paris Perfect,from the first greeting with Sarah, who was fantastic, and all the information provided both before and when we arrived, great restaurant suggestions, and the best neighborhood anywhere!

“We stayed in your Cabernet apartment (perhaps the closest to the Eiffel?!) and LOVED it. I have read other guest comments for different apartments and all the postives are the same for Cabernet and our experience.I think the most significant moment was walking into the apartment, after months of anticipation, to discover that the website did not misrepresent the apartment. It was just as Parisian, cosy, comfortable as the photos portrayed. Most importantly the proximity to the Eiffel and the views of the Eiffel were just as you advertised. Of course, seeing with our own eyes was so much more exciting and captivating!!We have nothing but praise from initial query to final exit. The local information you provided is extremely helpful and much more in-depth than any other self catering accommodation we have stayed in. We were even met at the apartment by a fellow Aussie!! How bizarre!If any other English speaking people are considering staying in a Paris Perfect apartment but are worried about language... I say DO IT! As long as you greet people in French and attempt some French words everyone is friendly and accommodating and usually speak fluent English or a smattering of it. They appreciate your (sometimes lame!) efforts and often try to teach you some French! Some of my fondest memories are those related to trying to speak as much French as I could to someone who tried to speak as much English as she could... we managed with much friendliness.Thankyou Paris Perfect... Thankyou for what felt like a much more authentic French experience than staying in a hotel. We loved the building password, the flights of stairs, the TINY lift, the neighbours, the balcony, the shopping locally for food and provisions, the apartment living... I am desperate to come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cabernet apartment. Everything was as we had seen on line in the photos and from the written description of the apartment. The view was stunning and I took many, many pictures of the Eiffel Tower from our apartment. I would highly recommend Paris Perfect and in fact have already done so to several friends, including one who lives in Paris and could recommend it to visitors. We will definitely stay at a Paris Perfect apartment on our next stay in Paris. We are trying to see if we can stay for three nights in June, before a barge trip that we are taking in Burgundy. As there is usually a one week minimum stay, we would only be able to do this if something is open for three nights between two longer stays. The staff was always available and helpful with any questions we had.

My husband, brother and I stayed at the beautiful Cabernet apartment for eight wonderful days in late July to celebrate my birthday. The view of the Eiffel Towel is absolutely the most amazing thing I've ever seen! The first night we were in our apartment my brother said "Oh my gosh" and I turned around to see a breathtaking light show like I've never seen before!The apartment worked so perfectly for the three of us. The kitchen was great and well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment also had central air conditioning which you don't often find in old buildings. We only used it at bedtime, but we were happy to have it on those warm evenings. I can't say enough wonderful things about Paris Perfect apartments. The staff was so great, the location was the best and we are already planning a return trip next year to celebrate a special anniversary! We were a family of 3 finally gettting to Paris. We were all so very excited in every way. Our flight was great, the apartment was ready for us. The greeter from Paris Perfect was charming. She answered all out questions and was so very helpful. We couldn't wait to go out and walk around the area. It was so exciting! We kept very busy seeing many things on our list. We found getting around was quite easy. We had our maps and had spent time with them before making the trip. We did enjoy the markets. Never saw so much fresh produce, fish etc. Something to see. We did a bit of cooking, but also enjoyed a great variety of restaurants along with sitting and doing some people watching. It was a super trip..all and more than we had hoped for.
