  My husband and I had a wonderful time while in Gulf Shores. The condo we rented was just perfect for us, and met all of our needs. I truly miss mornings getting up and listening to the beach, and having my coffee. The beach access was just perfect. We will definitely try to come back again. The only problems we encountered was the lock box on the door. Probably needs to be replaced, as we could not get it to work before we left, which meant leaving the key on the table inside. Contacted the cleaning staff before leaving to let them know, other than that, everything was just great. Shiela & Randy Evansville, IN

  Thank you so much for accomodating us on short notice. Most of all thank you for being up front about the fees. Stayed at 3 other properties on this trip with hidden fees until after you pay for your reservation. That is something I hate about traveling, but you were very informative about the fees before I completed my reservation. I would definitely recommend your property to others. And it was close to great restaurants and bars.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  What a wonderful place to stay. The description and pictures do not do this condo justice -clean, accommodating, and breath taking view. We spent a great deal of time sitting on balcony and relaxing. I have already recommended to several friends . We will be booking again for next year very soon. Thanks Kristi for being so friendly.

  Great place for a beach getaway! The condo was very clean and right on the beach. Great view from the balcony. One suggestion would be to relabel the knobs on the stove or to put a note saying which way to turn the knob for desired temperature. We do a lot of cooking on beach vacations and the knobs are bare. First night we almost burned dinner! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again!!

  We had a great time in Gulf Shores! West beach is always our location of choice but this is the first time we stay beach side in a very long time. With small children, the condo was great. Just as described! The bunk beds worked out great for the kids. The elevator was right near us making the trips back and forth to the beach super easy! We loved the washer and dryer, definitely put that to good use. The pool was never crowed, even though it was a holiday weekend. So nice of you guys to keep a storage box of "beach gear" for guests to use! Easy access to restaurants and shops...our favorite is the Shrimp Basket! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

  Owner response: Thank you! I really enjoy Gulf Shores also. I think Westwind is perfect for families. The location is great and the view is even better! I too love the storage box. It is like a treasure chest. Always has something different everytime I look in it. I try to keep a few chairs, an umbrella and toys in there. Glad to hear thatothers enjoy that also. We replace the chairs in there a couple of times a year. Hope they were still in good shape when you were there. Daily use on the beach will rust them out very fast. Shrimp Basket is one of my favorite restaurants there also. All you can eat shrimp on Sundays. Cant beat that! Glad you had a great trip. Come back soon! Kristy

  We were very satified with the property. It was in a good location, the beaches weren't too crowded and better than staying at a high rise because the beach was so close. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures on vrbo. I would like to stay here again and would recommend to anyone. I was also impressed with the owners on how polite and easy it was to book their condo.

  This condo was absolutely perfect for my girlfriends and I to have a nice getaway for several days! Pictures are exactly as it is in person and the balcony view is definitely oceanfront. We loved waking up in the mornings and being right where we intended to be. Condo location is perfect to needs of vacationers and a few short steps away from the beach to make a quick dash back for lunch each day. We had an awesome time and would definitely rent from Kristy again. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!

  I would recommend this property for its loation, ease of parking, and elevator availability....but I would really like this to be "my little secret" so that it is always available when I need to to to Gulf Shores! The condo was just as the owners had described. Everything was there and available. The owners were concerned that everything was up to par. An important issue upon arrival was immediately handled. February is a quiet month if you are looking for respite. Restaurants are not busy and you can move about the area with ease. The view from the balcony was beautiful and do leave the patio door open so you hear the ocean when you are going to sleep and when you are waking up. I am missing it already!
