  The condo was close to the indoor pool. The view of the golf course from the rear balcony was beautiful. The kitchen floor, as well as the carpeting in the other rooms had debris along the borders upon our arrival. This was not good because we have a curious crawling infant who likes to pick up what he finds on the floor and put it in his mouth. The interior of the microwave was also filthy. The entire condo should have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The rental office did send a team over to clean after we contacted them during our stay.

  Owner response: Hi Crystal, I am sorry that my condo had a cleaning problem. I too arrive and want and expect the place to be clean on arrival. I did talk with the cleaning supervisor. She offered no excuses and apologized. She did say she sent over a crew to clean again which you confirmed. I have used the same management company since I owned this condo and this is my first comment that was negative. I hope this wouldn't stop you from using my condo in the future. Thank you for letting me know I appreciate it.

  Everything about this property was easy and peaceful. My husband and 2 daughters moved our one daughter into Coastal Carolina University a week or so ago. We chose to stay here because of the Great location and security. We were close to CCU and to Myrtle Beach. My husband played Golf while we shopped at the new Super Walmart (which by the way is also on the way to CCU) for Dorm stuff! On arrival the front desk staff were so very helpful and check in was under 5 minutes. This gated community is BEAUTIFUL. This Condo has a Gorgeous view of the Golf Course. We enjoyed the outdoor pool which was so convenient and comfortable in every way. This Condo was clean and fully stocked. Everything was in great working order including everything in the kitchen. Showers were strong, an important detail! This Condo is an END unit which is typically larger then the rest. To top it all off the owner of this property was so FANTASTIC to us. Our flight home was delayed by almost 8 hours and this property is only about 5 mi. from the airport. I called him to explain and he graciously invited us to spend the day, (no charge) enjoy the pool and relax there, instead of spending the day at the airport. We were so thankful and appreciated his hospitality so very much. As long as our daughter is at CCU we will be renting this property for our stays. So nice to enjoy breakfast on the screened porch overlooking the golf course or head to the beach early if we choose. A PERFECT location and great Condo and a Gracious owner...we really lucked out!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Great unit!! nice tv in living room. nice view of golf course and close to everything. A lot better than staying in a busy hotel.

  I stayed in this unit and it was clean setup and nice. It is close to everything we needed in Myrtle Beach. We stayed over the New Years Holiday
