Our spectacular air-conditioned St. Emilion Paris apartment rental offers once-in-a-lifetime views of the Eiffel Tower from two pairs of French doors in the living room — so close you can see the people on the observation deck! With its large living room/dining area, two bedrooms, and two and a half baths, this 750-square-foot Paris apartment rental easily accommodates up to six people in Parisian luxury. Located in the popular 7th arrondissement only one block from Champ de Mars park and the Eiffel Tower, it is just two blocks from the river Seine and within easy walking distance of café’s, shops, restaurants, and major monuments. All of St. Emilion’s original features have been carefully restored, including the original oak parquet floors, finely crafted ceiling moldings, and its elegant, gray marble fireplace!

Our painstaking remodeling of this exquisite Paris apartment rental is obvious as soon as you exit the elevator and enter the foyer of this 6th-floor (7th, American) mini palace. The bright entryway features polished oak floors, a half-moon glass table supported by two carved wooden gargoyles, and sturdy wooden doors to all rooms that ensures privacy and quiet.

The two doorways on the right lead into the large west-facing living room/dining room and corner kitchen. This beautiful sun-lit room beckons you in and to the two French doors with small balconies where La Grand Dame rises up before you, taking your breath away. She’s beautiful any time of day, but especially at sunset, when the sky turns pink and the Eiffel Tower’s lights start to glow. Then, every hour on the hour the magic light show comes on to dazzle you and provide memories of a lifetime!

This inviting and relaxing room of our Paris apartment features two antique-style armchairs, a comfortable sofa bed that easily converts to two comfortable twin beds at night, and a pretty loveseat in the corner — perfect for snuggling up with a good book or simply enjoying the view. For additional entertainment, we’ve installed a TV with a dual-standard DVD player and a CD sound system, as well as a free wireless ADSL line for your computer.

A dining table that expands to seat eight sits before the French doors on the left side of the room, just in front of the kitchen and next to a wall of closets. With a modern and whimsical chandelier above and a full-on view of the Eiffel Tower right outside, you have the perfect Parisian venue for fine dining with your family and friends.

Step into the newly remodeled kitchen and you’ll find every appliance and accessory needed to prepare sumptuous meals. Cooking won’t seem such a chore because you can view the Eiffel Tower through the wide opening in the wall over the sink. With more open markets than any other neighborhood, and the famous Rue Cler Market Street just a few blocks away, staying in our St. Emilion Paris apartment rental offers significant cost savings versus staying in a hotel and eating out every meal.

We've framed the French doors in silk curtains, antique gilt-framed mirrors, and sprinkled the room with an eclectic mix of modern and antique furniture and objects d’art. We at ParisPerfect do this with all of our properties to ensure you have a complete Parisian experience, so it’s no wonder we’ve been approached by several movie companies that wanted to film here.

Immediately to the left is the powder room with toilet, sink and cupboard, excellent for extra ‘getting ready’ room.

Next on the left is the guest bedroom with two single beds (one is a trundle that easily slides out from under the other)and a built-in closet. It also has its own en-suite bathroom, roomy and richly appointed! It is tiled in Italian marble and features a toilet, a corner sink, and a beautiful long shower with a bench.

Next on the left is the master bedroom. All of the doors and windows in our Paris apartment rental have been replaced with soundproofed glass so you can count on a good night’s sleep. And in here that means on a high-quality queen-size bed with a Venetian banchetta-style headboard. You’ll also find a built-in closet, a security safe for your valuables, and the very finest linens money can buy.

The beautiful master bathroom sits just outside the master bedroom at the very end of the entrance hall. It features a full-size bathtub with shower, double antique marble sinks, and full-size washer/dryer. We’ve also installed an 80-gallon hot water heater, very rare in Paris, so you can shower to your heart’s content, with plenty of plush white towels waiting for you.

Here, we can only touch on the many beautiful amenities our beautiful Paris apartment rental has to offer — seeing is believing! To help you take that step, please know that we go further than most companies when it comes to providing you the total Parisian experience. Besides sending our customers comprehensive information packets before they arrive, one of our English-speaking greeters always meets them at the door to explain how everything works and answer their questions. Our on-site English-speaking management team is available to them seven days a week, and our crack team of cleaners and maintenance people can always be counted on to provide a ‘polished’ product.

This is a non-smoking Paris apartment rental and, sorry, but no pets are allowed.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about our Paris apartment rental or if we can help in any way.

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7

We tried many Paris neighborhoods over the years and living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7

My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

"What can I say. We had the best week in St. Emillion. It is beautifully located with wonderful restaurants close by. The apartment is very well appointed, and is a home away from home. The 'yellow book' which you offer with all the relevant information is a gem, and we took your advice on the restaurants which was excellent, especially Cafe Constant. I took the opportunity presented to have a cookery class at Le Violin Ingress, which I thoroughly enjoyed. While we were there Paris was under snow, and the Eiffel Tower is so close, we could almost reach out and touch it. We would definitely advise any friends who intend to stay in Paris, to stay in one of your apartments. This is the first time we have stayed in an apartment, having always stayed in hotels. Not any more. We are Paris Perfect people. We are happy to be contacted by any future guests."

"We had a terrific stay at Paris Perfect's Saint Emillion apartment. We found the accommodations to be just as advertised and very comfortable for our family of five. The view of the Eiffel Tower was stunning, the apartment comfortably equipped, and the neighborhood a joy to experience and explore. We were greeted by a very affable and accommodating member of the Paris Perfect team and experienced no hitches during the course of our stay. We especially appreciated the book of information about the neighborhood, its restaurants, stores and other spots to enjoy. We will look forward to another stay with Paris Perfect in the future and have already happily recommended the company to other's planning a stay in the city of lights."

“We had a wonderful trip to Paris in May 2010 and we stayed in the St. Emilion apartment. The apartment has the most spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and it is also extremely well-appointed. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we would love to stay there again."

"My sister and i had a perfect stay in St. Emilion. Every amenity was available to us. Paris Perfect has really thought of everything, and we think it is the only way to go. I am very picky about cleanliness and the apartment was spotless. Also, it was just as pictured on website, so you can trust those pictures. I would go back tomorrow if I could. And will never use a hotel again. Staying in the 7th turned out to be wonderful. Loved feeling like we were "locals". All in all, a perfect experience!"

"St. Emilion and the Paris Perfect Staff exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very comfortable for our entire group. Having the kitchen was very important, and we took full advantage of it eating at least two meals there each day. The linens were stocked, the cooking utensils were all there, and all of the other ammentities that we might be looking for, including wireless for our laptop, was available. As an example of their professionalism, we had a little trouble with the plumbing in our apartment the day we arrived, and they were on it immediately, with several follow up calls to ensure we were comfortable during the repair process and afterward. A situation that could have been very uncomfortable never became a real problem. I was highly impressed with how they handled it. I will definitely be renting again from Paris Perfect on my next trip to the city of lights."

We had a wonderful time in our St Emilion apartment. There we were, in a delightful apartment in a wonderful district, with that spectacular view of the Eiffel tower dominating the landscape. We were very impressed by the service we received as all our questions were answered with warmth and attention to detail. It was lovely to be greeted at the apartment by an Australian, in the person of Joel, and this set the tone for our week's stay. The detailed notes in the apartment about restaurants, cafes, shops and the local bus routes made our daily planning much easier. Our family of five will treasure our memories, as from now on, we will truly be able to say: 'We will always have Paris'

“The St. Emilion was even better than expected. We could almost reach out and touch the Eiffel Tower. The wonderful Rue Cler was within 2 blocks and we were supplied with a French shopping cart. We celebrated my daughter's 9th birthday here and she was thrilled and loved the apartment. She had her own room and bathroom and said her shower was like a dream. The apartment was very quiet and we sat and ate our findings of the day at the dining room table watching the Eiffel Tower put on its light show. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us.”
