This vacation rental was even better than we expected based on the website....just amazing! We are from the Midwest and flew to LA to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who lives in the area. The house is beautiful and functional, the owner is accessible and arrangements were really easy. Perfect for a family vacation. We took surf lessons, hiked 7 miles in the mountains, made Thanksgiving dinner, had friends over, watched college football, and had lots of really great "do nothing " time. The ocean is mesmerizing and the house is perfect for optimal ocean time.

This house was absolutely everything you see in the pics and way more! We live in Santa Monica and had some friends coming in from out of town. We wanted everyone to be able to stay together and decided to rent this house for the long weekend and we were thrilled we did! The views of the ocean are incredibly stunning from every single room, its comfortable and very clean and really just perfection! We loved going in the hot tub, into the ocean, loved spending time on the upstairs deck bbqing and just really enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everyone has been raving ever since about how wonderful the house was and much fun we had that weekend. We will definitely be back. Thank you Zachary!

Where do I start! Amazing, picturesque, breathtaking, relaxing...just a few of the thoughts that ran through my mind while we were there. We live is SoCal and decided to have a "local" vacation...what a perfect place and home to have it! The kids went swimming nearly every day, warmed up in the spa after the swim, and then relaxed on one of the many balconies/decks that overlooked the ocean. Zachary, the owner, could not have been more kind and helpful. He said this is one of the best kept secrets on VRBO, and I could not agree more! I even reluctantly am writing this review because I don't want this great place to lose its charm and secrecy! It was the perfect getaway for our family. Thank you Zachary for letting us enjoy your home…we WILL be back!

We and our adult children had a wonderful weekend at Malibu on the Sand! The house is beautiful and right on the ocean! We especially loved the beautiful living area, master bedroom and rooftop where we spent much time. The owner is very accommodating and pleasant to work with as well. We only wish that we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this property!

Our family loved everything about this house, from the steam sauna shower in the master, to the great beach access, to all three decks (especially the rooftop deck with bbq). The house is all the way in north Malibu, so we were prepared for long drives whenever we were heading into the city, but traffic on the PCH wasn’t bad at all. Clean, beautiful, and comfortable from top to bottom! Highly recommended.

This past Christmas/New Years was the second year in a row I have rented this great beach house. The layout is wonderful, all bedrooms on lower level with one continuous balcony over looking the Pacific Ocean. Main level on ocean side is all glass with another full length deck. Loft is cozy with a sectional couch and tv. Upstairs deck has bbq grill, plenty of seating for guests, even has party lights strung across it. Outside in garden area is a hot tub, with steps leading down to the beach. House is gated off of PCH, and offers lots of privacy, is always clean, and is meticulously cared for. You can frequently see dolphins swimming off shore, with an occasional sea otter floating by. Master bedroom is huge, with an adjoining bathroom that includes a steam shower, jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and also has an ocean view. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone, it is everything you see in the pictures and more.

This stunning home, with ocean views from every window, was more than expected. It was clean and had many useful features - washer, dryer, extra refrigerator, a fantastic outdoor patio/barbeque area, etc. A grocery store was 7 minutes away, a wonderful Italian restaurant delivers, Leo Carrillo beach is less than five minutes away. We had a family reunion of sorts and everyone loved it.
