This breezy, architecturally designed private garden villa is set in the “Sanctuary” complex. Sanctuary’s award winning tropical garden overlooks a natural lagoon surrounded by indigenous melaleuca trees attracting an abundance of tropical bird life. The villa has a spacious sheltered outdoor living area with overhead fans. It is situated only a minutes walk to the 25 metre swimming pool and children’s pool and under-cover barbeque complex.
The generously equipped kitchen has two separate sinks and preparation areas, conveniently located to the outdoor dining area providing seating for 12 people. The indoor living rooms are equipped with TV/DVD/Stereo system, DVD library, books and games. The adjoining studio unit is self contained with a charming living room, fully equipped kitchen and en-suite.
Palm Cove is blessed to be close to the twin World Heritage attractions of the Daintree rain forest and the Great Barrier Reef. Bookings for tours to the wonders of this tropical paradise can be made through our manager at the reception. Car hire is also provided on site.
Try snorkelling, diving on the reef, or white water rafting on the Tully River. Take a Walkabout Cultural Adventure or hot air ballooning over Cairns and Port Douglas. Parasailing at nearby Green Island is a most popular attraction. Why the Owner Chose Palm Cove
We were holidaying at “Sanctuary” in Palm Cove over Christmas in 2006 and it immediately became a “must have”. We chose to buy the apartment at “Sanctuary” because we felt it was the “jewel in the crown”. It is set in a perfect tropical garden and features the best swimming pool in Palm Cove.
