This fine apartment is located near the Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the 4 “Basiliche” of Rome. The apartment lies between Via Manzoni and Via Giolitti, on the first floor of a small building. The apartment is right in the centre of Rome, within a short distance from Rome’s historical monuments, but also Termini train station, shopping areas and the University of Rome. The neighbourhood provides all sorts of useful shops and services
This 50 square meters apartment has been fully renovated this year and the furniture is brand-new. It consists of a small lobby, living room with open kitchen, one double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The living room provides a dinner table for up to 4 guests, a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, cooker hood, washer/dryer, cooking equipment).
The double bedroom has a double bed (or two single beds), a wardrobe, bedside tables, a working desk and a TV. The single bedroom is smaller but similar.
The bathroom has a shower, a basin and a toilet.
The metro station is at walking distance.
