This fine apartment is located very close to the Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the 4 “Basiliche” of Rome. It is situated between Via Manzoni e Via Giolitti, on the first floor of a small block. The apartment is in the centre of Rome within easy reach of all famous tourist sites but also Termini train station, shopping areas, Rome University etc.
The area offers all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighbourhood.
This 50 square meters wide apartment has been fully renovated this year and the furniture is also all new. It consists of a small lobby, living room with open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The leaving room provides a table for 4 people, a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, cooker hood, washer/dryer, cooking equipment).
The double bedroom has a double bed (or two single beds), wardrobe, bedside tables, desk, TV. There is also a small single bedroom.
The bathroom has shower, basin, WC etc.
The tube station is very near.
