Our vacation at your condo was just perfect! The ocean views were gorgeous. It was a very peaceful, quiet section of the beach, making it very difficult to leave. We enjoyed swimming at the pool and collecting seashells on the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and filled with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here in the Spring of 2009. Sunrises viewed from the balcony as we sipped coffee was a favorite as well as walking barefoot in the surf at sunset. We will definitely come again.Owner response: Thank you. We look forward to hearing from you in the future!

About the owner: We love St. Augustine. It is such a fun and relaxing place to enjoy the beach and the beautiful and historic City of St. Augustine. There are lots of great places to eat and Crescent Beach is the nicest beach in the area. Why the Owner Chose St. Augustine:
My idea of relaxation is lazy days spent on the beach with my family so purchasing my condo/townhouse was an easy decision. We spend time here every year and it is always hard to leave.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Coquina is one of only two condominiums in the area that is located literally next to the beach. Most other complexes have long boardwalks from the property to get to the beach. If you have ever hauled chairs, coolers with small children down a long hot boardwalk, you'll instantly recognize the value in being able to step from the beach right on to the pool deck.
