This beautiful condo has a view of the bay from the balcony and a peek at the ocean, only one block to the ocean. Conveniently located on 33rd Street across from McDonald's, Burger king and Jolly Roger amusement park, water park,and go carts. The boardwalk starts on 28th street, just a few blocks away,great for a stroll or rent some bikes and ride there in the morning's. Pool on site in front of the adjacent building for the kid's and the adults.
For the adult's there is plenty of fine dining nearby at the Hilton, Dunes Manor hotel, Italian restaurant. Those looking for the night life, Seacret's, Fish Tales, Salty Dog, and a karaoke bar the Sandtrap on the corner. You can also jump on the bus and ride all day and night for $3.00.
Ocean Downs Casino just a short drive away.
Just bring your beach chairs, and a blanket and walk over to the beach for a stroll in the evening. The Roland E. Powell convention center is just 6 blocks away.
We offer weeks and mini weeks with a 3 night minimum stay required. Why wait for a 3 o'clock check in when you can check in at 2 o'clock and get on with your vacation early. Having a kitchen saves on eating out and having more money for fun and games. Just bring your sheets ,towels, paper products and we will put the smile on your face.
The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer. This unit is very clean with tiled entry, kitchen, and bathroom. The unit is well maintained and clean. This is a non smoking unit for your convenience.
We have 3 locations in Ocean City, this one on 33rd street bayside, one bedroom on the same VRBO site on 140th St bayside with pool and kiddie pool type in 169040, or our famous 2 bedroom, bayfront with pool type in 201552 on 39th Street next door to the Convention Center. Wherever you choose you won't be disappointed with our condos.

This place was perfect for a stay in Ocean City! The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. This condo was excellent!!!! Very clean and well taken care of by the owners. We enoyed the short walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed being able to eat at the many nearby restaurants, and travel to DE for shopping. We can't wait to come back next year. Its well worth the money and provides you with everything you need.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I just returned from the long President's Day weekend at Jamaica Bay Condo to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Pat and Jim were exceptional to work with and so accommodating. The place had the charm of a private beach cottage, decorated perfectly! It's very apparent that the owners take great pride in their home. It was really nice to be at the beach without all of the crowds--a nice change. We enjoyed a quiet dinner at Fresco's--which was fairly busy given the cold weather. We will definitely be back, Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home with us.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We stayed at the condo for Bike Week 2012 and had a very pleasant stay. The condo was very clean and well equiped. No problems with anything. The owners were great to deal with. This condo worked out well for us, it was covienant and close to everything we wanted to do but it was still private and off the main street. Easy access to everything. The only negative is that the condo is on the 4th floor but I certainly don't think that would deter us from staying here again. Had great Sunfest week-end here. Close to everything. Nice relaxing condo with everything you would need to have fun. One block to bus, two blocks to beach. Lombardi's Restaurant at 94th st. is the best Italian Pizza & Pasta.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This condo was excellent. Very clean and well taken care of. You can tell the owners take great pride in their property My family and I couldn't believe for the price what was included. The condo was a short walking distance to the board walk. At night, the building was very quiet, never had problems with any of the neighbors. While the kids where asleep my wife and I took advantage of the balcony to relax and enjoy the scenery. Definitely would stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I've rented this condo several times, and will continue to be a returning customer. It's a great place to stay and the perfect size for a family of four. The pictures are exactly as the condo appears. It’s very well kept and always clean when we arrive. Pat is always very helpful and accommodating. I’ve also stayed at Pat’s other condo (39th St) which is just a nice and would recommend that one as well if you need a place that has a little more room.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved the place it was the perfect place for a family with a small chid. It was very clean and just felt at home. We loved eating out on the deck and just relaxing. The best part was we were 2 blocks from the beach and in distance to everything especially the Jollly Roger and riding bikes all over nere the bay. We loved it so much that we want to go again next summer.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and two kids age eleven and seventeen had a wonderful time in OC! The accommodations were perfect for a family of four. It was cozy and immaculate, made you feel at home. The location was so accessible to EVERYTHING! Beach, food, transportation, activities and attractions! The Kelly's thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Pat also made herself available to us if we needed (thanks!).
