This condo is beautiful.. looks just like the pictures, very clean comfortable and has everything you need. The owners are great to work with. We had such a good time here and enjoyed coming back to the condo to relax on the balcony. It is a great place to stay and perfect location close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and everything else.

We had a great time staying at Jamaica Bay. It was very clean, updated and convenient to everything. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The pool was a nice bonus! We will definitely be back. Pat was very easy to work with.

The condo is beautiful and exactly as described. The location is perfect for those who want to be near popular restaurants and activities near the boardwalk. The condos itself is clean and decorated to make you feel like it is your "home away from home". Pat is exceptional at communicating and a pleasure to deal with. My family and I returned today from our Ocean City, Maryland, vacation. We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were excellent. The Kelly's condo was very clean, updated and in great condition. The location was also very convenient and the condo is equipped with everything we needed to assure a pleasant stay. Thanks! We will definitly stay there again. I would recommend the OC Wasabi restaurant within walking distance from the condo.

My family had a great vacation in Ocean City. The place was very nice and very clean. It is in a great location, about a 2 min walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and Jolly Roger Amusement park just a short walk away. I have kids from age 14 to 9 months and they all had a great time. Pat was very helpful and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Jamaica Bay for anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation at the beach.

We loved staying at the condo! It's beautiful and very clean. The owner's take care of this place. It shows! We will always remember the time we went to the beach. We took our lil 13 month old. It was her first time and I was worried she would break something and the place was perfect for her. She loved the freedom and it was kid safe! She had a blast and so did we! We really had a wonderful stay there! Excellant place to rent! Pat is awesome to speak too! Very nice person!

The condo was impeccable, location couldn't have been better, and reasonably priced. We especially like the mini-weeks and the chance to check in on Friday to beat the traffic. The owner was extremely professional and I would definitely recommend this condo or any properties by the same owner. I know we will be back next year. It was our best vacation yet and we even got engaged.

Hi Pat!!! Just writing to let you know we really enjoyed staying at your condo! It was furnished beautifully and very clean! I couldn't get over how quiet the location was --there was only about 4 cars in the whole lot and it worked wonderfully for our 2 year old son at night. The pool area also was very quiet and clean. Condo is just a short walk away from the beach and the condo does have a shower outside to shower all that sand off. Overall I have no complaints other than the fact we had to leave =( Thanks again Pat, your condo is BEAUTIFUL!

We had the best time here! Your condo was perfect for us. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and all the comforts of home. The location could not be beat so close to the beach, boardwalk and Jolly Roger Amusement Park. Our 10 and 6 year old felt very comfortable and said, “this place is the best by far”! This condo was a perfect size and a great location for my husband and I. The place was clean and the owner Pat was very nice to us. It is a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. We also walked to Buxy's Salty Dog to watch the Steelers opening game and to Secrets for entertainment. The front balcony was nice to sit on and relax after the beach. If you are looking for a small/affordable clean condo with a great location then I highly recommend this place!

We had a great time staying in the condo for our four day vacation. Pat left a very nice card welcoming us and even called us the day of our arrival to make sure things were going okay. This was our first experience renting a condo for a vacation and had many questions. Pat returned calls and emails promptly and we were OVER SATISFIED!!!! Hope to visit OC again in the future and stay. We had a short walk to all the mini-marts, beach and the boardwalk. We were there during the DUB Car Show and had lots of entertainment while hanging our on the balcony "people watching"!!! Thanks again!

bright and airy

The condo was just as pictured, and was bright and airy and nicely decorated. We had 6 in this condo, it was the right price, and rented for the night, which so many I looked into, didn't. That was a tremendous savings for us. I would say however, this condo is better suited for 2, or 4...with 6, it was a tight fit. We stayed in June '10. The owners were nice enough to let us in early, as there was no one renting a day ahead of us. Would definately rent again from the owners, just maybe one of their bigger units.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend a enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, decorated nicely, and comfortable. We both were able have a relaxing time and thought it was very "home-like". Stayed in this unit from 9/3-9/7. Pat was so easy to deal with. She was extremely accomodating and attentive to our needs. The unit itself is very nicely laid out and decorated, clean, and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The unit is located in a great location at 33rd Street. You can see the bay and the ocean from the deck as you sip your morning beverage. It is a short walk to the beach access. There are two mini marts nearby for those items you forgot. The Jolly Roger Amusement Park is a block away. We had a great time and would like to rent from Pat again in the future. Thanks Pat!

The rental was exactly what we had hoped for...good space, super clean and a great spacious balcony. Even though it was bay side, it was a very short walk to the beach. We have stayed oceanside and have had much longer walks. The owners were very easy to deal with and provided early check which was wonderful. Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! It was clean, nicely decorated and a had great location. The walk to the beach was easy, the views were great and it was nice having Burger King and McDonald's so close for breakfast and to have snacks down at the beach.
