All the while located on a quiet one way street. A perfect neighborhood for children. New central air and heating system.
First floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway to second floor. Half bath. The living room has 2 couches, one of which is a queen sleeper-sofa. Deck with stairs to large backyard. Beautiful hardwood floors, and two driveways, off street parking for up to 4 cars. Nice stonework to compliment the yard.
Second floor: Three bedrooms on this floor. The first is a large master bedroom suite with king bed and a full bathroom. The two other bedrooms share a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has two full beds and the other has one full bed.
Lower level: One bedroom with a queen bed and a trundle/twin bed. The other room has another queen bed and a common area with couch and tv. This lower level has beadboard and nice light with a private exit. Perfect for teenagers or a nanny.

Why the Owner Chose Nantucket
I visited Nantucket often and fell in love with downtown. When an opportunity came along to buy a home there, I couldn't pass it up. I enjoy this home in the off-season and think that Nantucket is a wonderful unspoiled destination year-round.
