This unit has been professionally decorated and is sure to be unlike anything you have seen before! This upscale unit has an amazing, breathtaking view you will not believe. Staying here will ensure you have a vacation that creates lasting memories.
This gorgeous 1960 sq/ft unit offers a master suite fitted with a king bed setup for the king and queen to rest their heads each night along with a jacuzzi tub and dual headed shower in the private bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a king bed fit for royalty and a humongous private bathroom. The third bedroom contains two luxurious full beds and another stylish private bathroom. In the living area you can find beautiful furniture, a professionally mirrored wet bar (including an automatic ice maker), and an exhilarating view of the Gulf through a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Step out to the tiled balcony for sweeping views up and down the shimmering white sanded beach of the coast, the pools, and the sparkling Lazy River. That is right, a Lazy River directly on the beach and the only one in Orange Beach, Alabama.
The living room is outfitted with a 42 inch flat panel LCD TV; the bedrooms offer crisp 32 inch flat panel LCD TVs. Each TV is connected to a DVD player for when you want to relax in comfort and enjoy your favorite movie. **We recently installed, a brand new chandelier over the dining room table!**

This condo is conveniently located near the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. Nearby you can find local restaurant favorites such as Tipseas, Franco’s Italian Restaurant, Cosmo’s, Crab Trap, Lulu’s and Geno’s just to name a few. Just a few miles away is The Wharf, which offers many wonderful restaurants, ritzy shopping, and a world-renowned Rave Movie Theater. The Wharf also offers a 10,000 seat amphitheater with many upcoming performances by very prominent recording artists and bands.
Please remember, this is a no pet, non-smoking unit. Please provide your own beach towels and beach chairs (beach chairs are available for rent on the beach through Ike’s beach service).

My sisters & I stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration and it was FABULOUS!! The condo was very clean and neat. The décor was absolutely beautiful and the view from the balcony was GORGEOUS --- my favorite spot! The owner was so kind and easy to work with and was timely in his responses to me when I had questions or concerns. Also, the staff at Phoenix West were so polite and accommodating. I'd recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a nice, clean place to stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have vacationed in Orange Beach most of my life and this is by far, the best condo I have ever stayed in. It's professionally decorated, roomy, always clean and is in a great location. Thomas Rizzo was great to deal with and made the rental transaction a pleasant experience. We just completed our third stay here and it was wonderful as usual. We will be renting this unit again in 2013.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

What a wonderful holiday! The condo was lovely, had everything you needed right at your finger tips. This was our first visitt to the Gulf Shores...and what an impression it made. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The pool was very kid friendly and the lazy river was enjoyed by all of us. Everything was close by, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing adventures. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting this area and I hope we can return next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have been vacationing in Orange Beach, AL for 6 years and I have stayed at this condo for the past 2 years (2011 & 2012). Hands down this is the best condo I have stayed in. It is beautiful and spacious and can accomodate a large group. I will once again be a returning renter for my vacation in 2013. If you want a chance to relax, enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean this is the condo to stay in. To enjoy the beach, lazy river, swimming pool, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in Orange Beach you will be close to it all if you stay in this beautiful condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

There aren’t enough words to describe this condo and amenities. It’s roomy, decorated beautifully, is in a great location, beach is superb and close, there is a lazy river and waterslide basically in the backyard, a bathroom for every bedroom and on and on. Our group had a grand time and definitely felt we got our money’s worth.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

What an outstanding condominuim. It is a spacious, modernly updated, luxurious property. It is very evident that the owners place an emphasis on quality. I have been to numerous beach properties over the years and can honestly say that i don't believe I have stayed in any nicer. The condo was without a doubt, the nicest that we have ever rented. The weather didn't cooperate much, but it was still good to get away from the snow. My grandson enjoyed the pool, and went crazy over the Mardi Gras parade. It came right past the condo and he must have collected 100 beads, moon pies and toys.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: I have been vacationing in the Perdido Key, FL/Orange Beach, AL area for over 18 years now. I could tell you stories of condos we have rented that have been nothing like what the pictures shown or description promised. I have spent my fair share of time in horrible units that were not taken care of. Our goal is too offer you a luxurious condo to stay in for an affordable price. You will not find me offering any smoke-infested, dingy units as I want you to have the best vacation possible. I can guarantee you will be in awe of how wonderful any unit I own is as I enjoy spending any chance I can relaxing in them! I live in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where I have lived nearly my whole life and spend my days with my family, flying my airplane and running my businesses.
Why the Owner Chose Phoenix West:
I chose to buy my unit in the Phoenix West building because it is simply the most state-of-the-art condominium complex in the area. It features so many amenities such as the lazy river, water slide, full-blown workout room, rooftop tennis courts, and much, much more that you cannot find anywhere else in the area, ESPECIALLY on a beach front condominium! This building is the newest complex in the area and will be the premiere complex for years to come!
There is so many other things to do in the area. Most important is the crystal blue beach! You're right on the golden sand, always, and of course the spectacular amenities at Phoenix West are always right there as well! Just a few miles in town are some great restaurants like the Crab Trap and Cosmos. A few miles farther in and you can enjoy shopping and exquisite eating at The Wharf center; not far from there is a Tanger Outlet center that is ridiculously huge! There are so many stores there that it will probably take days to complete for even the most seasoned shop-a-holic!
Whatever you do decide to do during your stay, you will have a blast! My wife and I have been coming down here since we were married and will continue to for the rest of our lives!

This unit is simply lavish. You will enjoy well-maintained designer furnishings that actually have a theme. Our decorations were not just thrown around by some amateurs; we had a group of professionals decorate our interior and they did a wonderful job!
My assistant who handles this unit is always available and will do anything he can to help you out and ensure that you have the best possible vacation while you are enjoying a luxurious vacation.
No matter what your fancy is, you are close to it: fun in the sun, shopping, dining, amusements, live concerts, theatres, relaxing, you name it! You can do it all in or around this unit! There is not a nicer unit in the complex and there is not a better complex anywhere around!
