Some Palm Springs areas are subject strong winds many times of the year. This property enjoys a mostly wind free area all year along with warm southwest facing PRIVATE POOL and yard.

We searched the area for 3 years before locating this vacate lot location. The home was built from the vacate ground up with great attention to interior and exterior details.
Our family uses the home many times every year. So we are constantly reviewing the property and making upgrades.
