what a wonderful combination of location and quality accommodations. the house is located on a very quiet road off of 30a with several close walk-downs to a much less populated beach. we had 4 family groups in the house but the verandas and pool patio gave us lots of room to spread out. each room was lovely and our teen and tween staked out the 4th floor and slept well on the futon. my only reccommendation would be to add some cushion to the king bed on 3rd floor - it was hard. we cooked some with excellent appliances and had short trips out to eat. it is so close to restaurants at grayton and seaside and about 30 minutes to movie at destin commons mall. my husband used the amenities program for free golf at ombre course in panama city several times. we got our exercise on the stairs in the house and to the beach but that is part of the charm of the home, and the views and breeze and sound of the ocean and the light in the mornings and sunsets and cooling off in the pool after being at the beach and the laughter of children and smiles of our family were unbeatable. thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.
