This beautifully renovated villa secluded amongst the pine trees gives a a feeling of seclusion and privacy. Each bathroom has been renovated with new vanities, tile showers, and granite tops. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and each of the bedrooms and wireless internet.The master bedroom features a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower.The second bedroom features a set of twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room to accomadate a total of six people comfortably. You can relax on the back deck and watch the golfers go by or take 10 steps out the front door to the pool and tennis courts. Walk across the street to the Shipyard golf course or hop on a bike and be at the beach in 5 minutes. This condition and location will allow you to maximize your vacation. We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted prices on weekly bike rental prices for our guests."
