This beautiful Isle of Palms home is centrally located to all restaurants, shops, beaches and marina.
It is completely equipped with everything you, your family and friends could possibly need for the perfect vacation. Nestled between the Intercoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, there's a chance you may not even want to leave the house!
Starting with 4200 square feet of pure comfort, this house has it all. There are five beautifully designed bedrooms. Three of which have king size beds and one with a queen bed as well as convertible beds.
A bunk bed and two twin beds make up the children's room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an independent icemaker, a bar area with television, and is fully designed for entertaining.
The first level from the front door opens to a beautiful sitting area surrounding a black marble fireplace. Brazilian cherry floors roam through out the entire house. There is a large guest bedroom with a full bath. The master bedroom includes his and her bathrooms. Hers includes a jetted tub with a separate shower.
The second level greets you with an array of tropical plants and palms that is fed by sky light. Here you will find three bedrooms with two baths. One in which has a jetted tub and the other a stand up shower.
The upstairs also boast an entertainment area with a beautiful mahogany pool table, a Brazilian cherry wet bar, and a large sundeck that over looks the pool. The back porch is fully screened with a dining area for those preferring to enjoy the outdoors.
Several hammocks allow you to relax while the others play pool basketball. An AVP regulation beach volleyball court, or a giant sand box for the kids, as well as a horseshoe pit are there for your entertainment.
We are located only two blocks from the beach! This house sparks the interest of everyone who views it. From the people who drive by, to those who will view it online.
