Top of the hill, brand new, custom built, luxury beach home! One of the best Ocean Views on the Oregon Coast stretching from Seaside to Washington State, and available from every room in the house. Located on a 3/4 acre, quiet, private, wooded lot, with its own natural waterfall. Imagine, forested peaceful serenity, above the Tsunami Zone, and only 1.4 miles, or three minutes to downtown Seaside for quick access to the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops, theater, arcade, and more....
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for the most demanding of cooks. Great room design includes multiple windows with ocean views, a TV, and a stone fireplace. The upper deck is accessible off the dining room's French doors.
The deck is partially covered providing shelter from wind, rain, and sun for year round enjoyment (e.g. BBQ in wind or rain). The master has a King bed, expansive ocean views, TV, and master bath with double sinks, soaking tub, and shower. There is also a half bath off the great room.
Downstairs there is a 2nd bedroom with a Queen, a 3rd bedroom with two Twin Beds and door to patio, a 4th bedroom with two Twin Beds and French doors to patio, a 5th bedroom (and Theater Room with wet-bar) with a Queen futon and two inflatable Queen Mattresses. The Theater Room is spectacular, with a huge 110” screen and sound system. There are complete directions for watching movies and hooking up your favorite game consoles, playing CD’s, IPods, IPhones, and ITouches.

Why the Owner Chose Seaside
My grandparents owned and operated the Harmony Courts vacation rentals in Seaside, Oregon starting in the 1960's. I have many wonderful memories growing up here, clamming, crabbing, fishing, the Seaside promenade and all of what downtown Seaside has to offer. My family has been in Seaside for fifty years and we believe Seaside, Oregon is an undiscovered treasure! A rare place where people in town remember your name, a very small small population, there are no California highways here; more importantly this region is beautiful, offers so much to do, and the beach is one of the best in the U.S.A.
The Unique Benefits at this Beach House
The theater room is awesome! Our kids love the games on the big 110" screen, and they prefer to sleep in the theater room even when other bedrooms are open and available. Marilyn and our adult friends play Wii Bowling all the time too, its great!
Famous Promenade is one of a kind in Oregon, over 8,000 feet of paved beach front walkway.
We've been doing this for thirty years, maybe not the best, but we still pull 400 clams in a good year. If you want to go and have questions I'm sure we can help, just let us know!
Crabbing and fishing, we generally drop a crab pot, leave it, check it once a day, we've caught a lot of crab off this bridge, we would love to help you enjoy your stay, don't hesitate to ask about it

My wife Marilyn and I live in Portland, Oregon. We have three kids that are 26 years old, 21, and 19. We owned a condo in Seaside for years but as the kids got older we out grew the condo. We had our new home built close to Seaside for the kids; but in a private, peaceful, location, where adults could enjoy peaceful serenity as well. Now we think we have the best of both worlds!
