We invite you to stay in our family's home-away-from-home at Sugar Beach Condominiums. From our condominiums, the beach is "at your doorstep," no long boardwalks or dragging beach toys and children across miles of sand or parking lots.
We have a very clean and nicely decorated one bedroom, two bath townhouse at Sugar Beach that sleeps up to four guests comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the upstairs bedroom with a full bath. Downstairs is the living area with a queen-size sofa sleeper. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer and another bath. The balcony overlooks the second floor pool and has side views of the gulf. It's a nice place to sit and have your morning juice.
Sugar Beach Condominiums is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with fantastic views of the Gulf. From the observation deck, you can sit on a lounger or eat your lunch at one of the picnic tables. Sugar Beach has three pools plus a kiddie pool. Two pools are beachfront and one pool is seasonally heated. The third pool is on the second floor directly below our unit. Sugar Beach also has a tennis court, shufflebord court, large bar-b-que area with stainless steel grills, and the Sugar Shack where you can purchase food and drinks.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT DEPOSITS
In order to keep costs down for our guests, we have put in place policies that will help reduce your "out of pocket" expenses. You save by not having to provide a security deposit on top of the cost of the rental. Here's how it works:
We will apply the $187.50 deposit required to hold the unit to your balance when you make final payment. Your final payment will reflect a credit for the $180 deposit you already paid.
The required damage deposit will be waived if you provide a valid credit card as security.
Of course, the credit card will only be charged if we find damage, missing property, or missing keys. In the unlikely event there is a problem, we will make every attempt to contact you and discuss it with you.
