Our beach home has room for up to 10 to sleep, eat, relax and is located on lot #5204. Brand new in 2009-custom built raised beach house with an ocean view. Outside stairs have stair lifts for those who have trouble with stairs and the stairs are extra wide.
The house is beautifully decorated. The 3 bedrooms have full size beds,1 bedroom also has bunk beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa, so that up to 10 people can sleep comfortably. We have 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower for easier accessibility and the other has a tub/shower unit. The kitchen has all new appliances. There is a stacked washer/dryer and vaulted ceilings in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
The bedrooms have new HD flat screen TVs and DVD players and the living room has a 32" HD flat screen and DVD player. We have a large dining table that accommodates 6 and a smaller kitchen table for 2.
The large partially covered deck has a ceiling fan and lawn chairs and we have a stainless steel gas grill, cypress swing and beautiful covered sitting area downstairs. The outside shower is enclosed with hot and cold water.
Golf carts are available for rent through Ocean Lakes, you can inquire at the front office during registration. You will have to register with Ocean Lakes upon arrival and pay for a daily pass. You MUST provide all paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) and beach towels. Linens are included with the rental (sheets, washcloths, and towels). There is a $300 refundable security deposit.

This house was everything we expected! Plenty of room, clean and excellent air-conditioning. We loved waking up and waking out on the deck first thing in the mornings. The downstairs was great for relaxing in the evenings and enjoying the swing. The golf cart was a real treat!! Much faster than renting from ocean lakes! We loved everything about this house and hated to leave and go back home. But, of course, we always feel this way at Ocean Lakes. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to next year!

My family and I were really please with this house. It has absolutely ANYTHING you would need on your vacation. We have been vacationing in Ocean Lakes for about 5 years and this is by fare the BEST place we have stayed. We visited in June 2011 and had such a great time and loved the house so much that we are returning in Aug 2011. We also have decided to stay at this property each year. It was wonderful and you will not regret picking this house. Believe me when I say, it has ANYTHING you will need. Hope this reveiw helps you decide:)
