The condo was super clean and cozy (but in a good way). Particularly liked that both bedrooms had a bathroom, which I didn't realize when booking. The location was just enough off the beaten path to remove the hustle and noise, but close enough to the Outlet to be convenient. Although you have to go through the garage to get to the hot tub, it's location on the creek is serene. Only minor complaints: needs a teapot in the kitchen and directions on how to watch a DVD on the entertainment center.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful Fall get-away in this beautiful property in the most wondrous setting. The directions from the owner were perfect. When we drove into the area the aspen were in full color. The townhome was very clean, had all the comforts of home and we felt like we were in the most luxurious setting. The deck off the master bedroom area (on the 3rd floor) looked out on the same view as the second floor off the living room. . .a beautiful, bubbling mountain stream with aspen trees in full color were in full view from the table where we had breakfast. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking necessities. Favorite restaurants: Blue Spruce Inn and Ridge Street Seafood Grill.

Exceeded our expectations. The townhome is wonderful with many extra amenities. Very comfortable---we felt very much at home and comfortable for the two week. All arrangements about check-in worked perfectly. The owners had a notebook with lots of information about places to eat and go. The location was perfect. The Blue River runs behind the townhome and we could hear the water as we went to bed and woke up each day. Also, the Blue River bike path runs by the unit and we loved walking and riding our bikes on this path. We also used the path to go to the Silverthorne Recreational Center to work-out. We highly recommend this townhome! Kathy and Randy

Very comfortable, nicely decorated, light, and homey townhouse. You will find everything you need in the well appointed kitchen. We had a wonderful stay. Easy to get to and easy to get to any Summit County destination from here.

This is a really nice townhouse in a quiet spot ideally situated to see a lot of Summit County and central Colorado. It's in great shape and very well maintained. Plenty of hot water. Nice gas fireplace, excellent jacuzzi overlooking the creek (Blue River) in the backyard. There are two bedrooms with one queen and two twins, plus a sofa that converts into a sleeper. Close enough to I-70 to be convenient, but not close enough to see or hear the traffic. If you're a skier and you want to ski many resorts, this is the perfect location. We skied Loveland, Copper Mountain, Beaver Creek and Keystone during one long weekend, and those resorts range from 10 minutes away (Keystone) to 40 minutes (Beaver Creek). There's an outlet mall just a mile down the road, Lake Dillon is 5 minutes away, and Frisco is just a couple of miles west. It's not a large townhouse, so if you bring a crowd, you will be cramped. We didn't have any problems and look forward to returning for another ski trip in the future.

We stayed here in Feb. and were very pleased with this home. Nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen has everything you could want. We cooked most of our evening meals and took advantage of nearby shops and stores. I would recommend this to friends and would gladly stay here again.

Your condo was delightful. We have been coming to Summit Co now for 25 years and both agreed your property was one of the most enjoyable. Your detail to making the stay comfortable, a well stocked kitchen and a real feel of home was outstanding. We certainly will keep your information for future visits.

We had a plumbing problem on a Sunday that the owner had fixed for us immediately. It is a very comfortable condo. Just be prepared to climb some stairs. We really enjoyed having a garage so we didn't have to worry about our bikes.

We rent a lot in Summit County and this is one of the best condos ever. Very well outfitted, comfortable beds, excellent views, great hot tub, easy access to I-70 as well as grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, movie theater, etc. We will definitely rent here again!

The condo was very clean and wonderfully maintained! It had everything -- even q-tips, hand lotion and a hairdryer! We were there during the holiday season and there were stockings by the fireplace, a small Christmas tree with lights, and a wreath on the door -- fantastic! It was a little small, though. There were only 3 of us; with four people, it might have been a little tight.

My wife and I stayed here over my birthday weekend in early November. Being shoulder season, the town and the neighborhood were quiet. It made our stay very pleasant, though I'm sure we'd have a ball up there during the heart of ski season as well. The place is nice and clean, with comfy beds, an ample kitchen, a nice hot tub and lots of deck space. It's very convenient to town and I-70. My only warning is that it's a very vertical floorplan - the two flights of relatively steep internal stairs may not be pleasant for the elderly or those with damaged knees.
