What a wonderful home in a great location. Just a short walk across to the beach and near many great restaurants. The Isle of Palms has got to be my favorite beach place and this house is in a perfect spot. Very clean and included all the necessities. Would definitely want to rent again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Your home is ideal for a large group (we maxed out the house at 19!). The kitchen is perfect for those lazy mornings where everyone eats breakfast together, and the two entertainment areas provide enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Not only that, but it's a mere minute walk to the beach, is highly private, and decorated beautifully. Everyone in my group said they would stay again and again!

We had thirteen in our group for the weekend of the Cooper River Bridge Run. This house was perfect... plenty of room to spread out. Thanks for sharing your part of paradise with us.

One of the great things about this beach house is the layout. There is not only a lot of room to spread out, but the house allows space and privacy for couples, families and children. The two media rooms are a huge bonus---no wrestling for the remote. It is indeed a very short walk to the beach and a short ride to nearly everything else--and this area provides so much. The kitchen is far beyond what anyone could hope for in a vacation house, and the beautiful trees in the backyard are a wonderful sight from the back screened porch (or from the hottub). Can't wait for a return visit. A fantastic place for all kinds of gatherings: reunions, birthday bashes, or a big group of good friends having a good time.
Owner response:Thank you so much Kathryn! We are so happy to know that you all enjoyed yourselves and please come back any time!

Our stay at this house was exceptional. From the moment we arrived every detail the owners had shared with us was accurate and not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and neat, very comfortably decorated with new furnishings (the pictures don't do it justice), with every amenity we needed at our fingertips! The house was laid out perfectly for our family - nice, roomy kitchen with attached keeping area for gatherings was a popular spot for the adults, while a spacious family room with large flat panel TV provided entertainment for the older kids and an upstairs media room provided a "play area'" for the younger ones. We never felt crowded as there was plenty of room to spread out for our wide age-ranging family (ages ranged from 5 to 89!) The house was convenient to the beach, allowing us to come and go during the day. While we ate breakfast and lunch at the house, we found the drive to downtown Charleston to be easy (only about 15 to 20 minutes) where we had some amazing dinners (Hank's, Peninsula Grill and Cypress are a must). We had an amazing time and would definitely stay at this property again. In fact, we are already making arrangements to return to this home next summer! A true gem!

GREAT FAMILY GETAWAY

We just returned from our annual family beach trip. This house was great to stay in. We had several families staying together and everyone had a room. There are two large HD TV's in separate entertaining areas in the house. This made it easy for the kids to watch a video in one room, adults to watch a movie in another room, while other people played card games. The kitchen was very large with nice new appliances. Our family likes to cook and this kitchen easily allowed us to cook together. There is also a large dining room with table that could seat 10 adults. This house was also only a 1/2 block the beach, which made it very easy for us with small children to return to the house quickly. We had a great family vacation and we will book this house again. Highly recommended.

Our family of 16 was very comfortable and we really enjoyed ourselves during a recent week's vacation. The public rooms were spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and access to beach was great. Pictures don't do the place justice. We want to come again.

I took my choir here for a choir retreat. This was a FABULOUS place for our event. Accomodations were exactly as described. The living area was a great room for gathering our 20 individuals for group activities. The kitchen was roomy and well equipped for the meals we prepared there. Sleeping arangements were great. When we arrived, we were short on bedding for 2 beds...I only mention this because one phone call and this was IMMEDIATELY taken care of !! That was impressive ! And, the hot tub was an added plus to this wonderful house. Would book here again in a heartbeat !!!!
