The beach! The beach is absolutely beautiful. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We love to read, swim, fish, walk, body board, boogey board, skin board, and kayak on the beach. There is a snack bar about 10 minutes down the beach where everyone loves to grab an ice cream on a hot day.
The pool is in a beautiful private setting. Music can be played outside by the pool and/or inside with surround sound throughout.
There is an outdoor table for dining outside on the deck as well as a indoor table that seats 10 comfortably. Outdoor decks face the ocean, in addition the master suite has a private deck with ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a espresso/cappuccino maker.
We love riding our bikes everywhere, especially to the bay, where we love to fish, and sail. The house is comfortable with lots of indoor space and outside deck space.
Big seafood dinners with our friends and family is the perfect way to end a spectacular day. Sitting outside at night with a glass or wine watching the shooting stars or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub finishes our evening. Of course if you are the partying club type, there is that as well!
You can go out on a fishing boat in Montauk and catch wild striped bass, blue fish and flounder.
please check calendar for availability before inquiring.

Why the Owner Chose Amagansett
Our family has owned this house for over 30 years. We grew up spending summers here and now my 3 children and my sister and her family bring there kids here as well. As soon as we leave, we all can't wait to come back next summer. Everyone can do their own thing. It is safe and quiet and lots of fun.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The location is perfect. The beach is minutes away by foot. The bay is minutes away by car or bike. The food is delicious whether you cook in or go out to one of the many restaurants in the area. The pool is in a beautiful setting. We can relax or do as much as we wish.
