Enjoy this four bedroom home in the Keys of Marsh Harbor neighborhood located less than a mile and a half to the beach and boardwalk. Perfect for extended family or friends.
The house has a master suite with king-size bed, TV and Blu-Ray DVD, and private bath with a garden tub and separate shower on the main level. Most bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and plenty of closet space. The 2nd floor master bedroom also has a flat screen TV and DVD player as well as a new futon sitting area perfect for reading and relaxing. The kids can enjoy the two sets of bunk beds, one is a double twin and one is a twin on the top and double on the bottom. The home also three full baths and a powder room.
The family room is open to the kitchen/dining areas with a separate screened porch perfect for dining and viewing the beautiful, peaceful pond. Off the porch is a 200 sq ft deck added for 2012. The famly room/dining room has brand new hardwood floors in 2010. The kitchen has everything you'll need to feel right at home. Plenty of parking with room for two cars in the driveway, and auxiliary spaces. The garage is stocked with bicycles for your enjoyment, including a bicycle built for two!
Aside from the beach, you can enjoy the community pool or walk to an adventure at Jungle Jim's Waterpark right next door to the Keys of Marsh Harbor. The development has a tennis court too.
Within walking distance are the Fractured Prune Donut Shop, Arena Restaurant, outlet shops and The Big Fish Grill, a very nice seafood restaurant. You can park your car and hang up the keys for the week, just walk to the Park and Ride and board the shuttle to various destinations, downtown Rehoboth, Dewey Beach, Ocean City, MD....If you do choose to drive into town, there is a parking permit included in your rental fee. The perfect setting for a relaxing, memorable vacation.

Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach
This home is exactly what we were looking for. We park the car and bike or walk to our favorite places in Rehoboth. Keys of Marsh Harbor is so inviting and clean. It is wonderful to begin the day with a jog through the adjoining neighborhoods, then relax with a cup of coffee on the screened porch and watch the Blue Herons wade in the pond. A bike ride to Cape Henlopen Park or Lewes is always a treat. And of course, nothing beats a day at the beach.

We love to walk to the transportation center and board the shuttle for the beach. No parking problems! Also, we have a variety of bikes in the 2 car garage, including a bicycle built for two. Hop on the shuttle or bike and a new adventure begins!

The house on Mallory Square Circle near Rehoboth Beach was immaculate, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The owners were both helpful and immediate in their responses to our questions. The proximity of the outlets, the beach, great restaurants and a wonderful trail made it easy for our family of elderly, and young ones to be entertained. We went during the off season, and took advantage of the cozy atmosphere around the warm gas fireplace. The open living room/dining room/kitchen area was conducive to watching the children play, and the adults gather, while cooking and still be interacting with my family. The amenities of the master bedroom on the same floor, the upstairs suite for our mother, and the back porch for bird watching on the pond were a perfect fit for our family. As a runner, I found the Junction and Breakwater rail trail which was flat, woodsy, and serene right across Rt. 1. (short walk to the entrance from the house) There were kids on bikes, bird watchers, runners, dog walkers, and baby strolling along this wonderful stretch of about 7 miles round trip. The description of the house is perfect on the website, and the experience we had staying here was memorable for all. I highly recommend this getaway place for all ages and activity levels. Enjoy!!!!

We stayed here recently with some friends (8 of us total), and we were totally impressed with this place. The house is nice and roomy inside (it's even roomier than I pictured it in my mind), and it has all the amenities, including plenty of bathrooms. (Ever live with 8 people in a place with only one or two bathrooms? Not a problem here!) The atmosphere of the house is welcoming and relaxing. Just perfect. The location is wonderfully convenient. Our boys (all in their early 20s) took frequent advantage of the shuttle system to visit the boardwalk (just a short walk to the terminal, and $1 each way). For those who prefer to drive, the included parking pass is a terrific plus. You can drop your charges off at the beach and park no more than a block or two away without having to worry about feeding the parking meters. And if you want to drive longer distances to see the local sights, the Keys of Marsh Harbor location makes it easy to get around without having to sit in traffic with the beach-going crowds. While the place is quite close to all the beach traffic, it's just far enough out of the way so that you don't get random visitors wandering around. It really feels like a closed, family-friendly community. We used the community pool several times, and it offered a convenient break from the hot weather. It was never too crowded, and it's just a short walk away from the house. We visited plenty of great restaurants during our stay, including Big Fish Grill, DiFebos (Bethany Beach), Dogfish Head, Zoggs, Rusty Rudder...all terrific. Just be prepared to wait at some places during busy summer nights. Relax and have a drink while you're waiting! You're on vacation!

We chose this house for location to airports, beach, variety of adult & children's activies nearby, access to public transportation, vibrant beach community.....and it did have all of that and more. The house was clean, comfortable, roomy, and charmingly decorated. We enjoyed the various entertainment tools the owners left for our use, i.e. dvds & players, tvs, games, cards, books, bikes, outdoor grills, wi-fi. We had a terrific time!

Our Family has been staying in the Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach area for 18 years. After staying this year at Keys of Marsh Harbor and paticularly at the Home on Mallory Square, we all agreed this was the nicest Rental we have had since we started vacationing in Delaware. The House is tastefully decorated, comfortable, spacious and exudes relaxation as soon as you walk in the door. We have already recommended it to a number of our friends. Excellent vacation house! Owner and realtor were wonderful to work with, very accomodating to our needs and did so with pleasure. We enjoyed waking up and enjoying bike rides around Lewes, Cape Henlopen and biking on the boardwalk. My kids enjoyed the pool and tennis court and visiting the many beaches. We truly will remember this as our best family vacation and hope to be back soon. I highly recommend this property as it is roomy, comfortable, and accessible to all the beaches, shopping and nature centers. We came here for a baseball tournament for our son and ended up having a wonderful vacation as well. Thank you for everything.

Our entire family really enjoyed our week at this beautiful beach house in Keys of Marsh Harbor. The entire community is so nice, and the people are friendly. The beach house is very well planned, and nicely furnished. Very comfortable bedrooms -- and three bathrooms. The area surrounding the beach house is so beautiful and relaxing. There is a pond with two fountains right on the property. Beautiful, unusual birds, and a peaceful feeling just sitting on the enclosed porch. There is a tennis court in the development, as well as a nice sized pool. The surrounding area is well supplied with nice shops and many beautiful restaurants -- and very clean beaches. We all enjoyed our vacation there and did not want it to end. We're looking forward to going there again.

Our family recently took a trip to Rehoboth Beach. We stayed at this home in Keys of Marsh Landing. It has a wonderful layout with plenty of room for everyone. The house offers abundant amenities including a well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a great screened in porch. We enjoyed early morning walks, riding bikes, and relaxing at the pool. In the evening, we walked to the nearby miniature golf course and huge water slide. We mastered the shuttle rides right from the start and never had to wait to go to and from the beach. It is a perfect home for a family vacation....we'll be back!!

We had a wonderful time at this house in Rehoboth. The house is very comfortable and well equipped for a great family vacation. The pond and fountain in the back yard with the visiting great blue herons and beautiful flowers provide great serenity. The proximity to the shuttle make all the shops, restaurants and the beach very accessible. This is a good one!!
