With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a 50 foot solar heated lap pool and 3 separate lanais, it is the perfect place for a gathering of family and friends with spaces to come together to enjoy each other and other spaces to relax in private. A small 5th sleeping area with one twin bed located off the kitchen is perfect for one person and expands the maximum number of guests to 9.
Open up the doors to take advantage of cooling ocean breezes and that indoor-outdoor lifestyle that is synonymous with Hawaiian living. Redwood, cedar, and lava rock walls seem to magically grow out of the surroundings in an interesting counterpoint to the clear aquamarine ocean and frothy white of the waves.
The sun sparkles on the water and then provides a breathtaking kaleidoscope of color with every unique sunset. But don't go in yet! The stars and planets are coming out to provide their own inspiring dance across the heavens. Better pick up some groceries on the way in because you may never want to venture away from your private escape to see what else Kona offers!

We stayed at Escape to Extraordinary for 6 days in January 2012. The property was the most beautiful property that we have ever experienced and we have stayed at quite a few places. The house itself was large and beautifully maintained. The lanai at the back was wonderful and perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. My children loved swimming in the pool. The house was perfectly maintained and everything worked well. We will certainly return to the house if we travel to Kona again.

This is a beautiful home that has everything you could possibly need. The management was readily available to answer any questions we had. Location was great and view is fabulous. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Kona

The house was awesome, the location was awesome, the view was awesome, the security people were very helpful and friendly, Carole was very helpful and easily accessible. Any difficulties were quickly remedied. The house was very comfortable, nicely equipped. The total front side of the house opened up - and was a beautiful addition to the accommodations. We had 8 people staying in the house and we were all very comfortable. All in all a most enjoyable vacation and would definitely do it again....thank you

Incredible home is a great location! We loved this house. We planned on exploring the island, but couldn't peel ourselves from the private poolside oceanfront patio. The sliding walls that open the entire house up to the pool and ocean make for a truly tropical stay. We highly recommend this rental.

Wow! Loved the home inside & out. Amazing ocean view, esp. from the master bedroom. Amenities were great!, but could use a new wine opener and the knives sharpened, everything else was perfect!...I would highly recommend booking with Escape To Extraordinary.

Great House, Great Location, house is very well equiped in the Kitchen (Pots, pans, spices, BBQ, etc..) and outdoor equipment (snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards..etc). Carole Kwiat is a great property manager to work with. Only negative I would say is that there is no classic wave break, or bay with beach in front of house, so access into water is challenging for most swimmers. Waves crash right onto sharp lava rock. Otherwise, this house will exceed expectations.

Wonderful Vacation Home! We were 4 couples and there was plenty of room and privacy! The large open kitchen/dining/living room were wonderful for our large group! Thank you as well for providing all the beach towels, chairs and snorkel equipment! My husband and I had the master spacious! Having the sound of the ocean lull us to sleep every night was delicious! Thank you for everything!

Best House Ever! We have rented lovely homes in Kona for 6 years during the Ironman Race. This home was the best in all categories. We loved that owners included sports equipment, that supplies were plentiful, and home was meticulously clean. The master bedroom is wonderful with sounds of crashing waves and ocean breezes. The other bedrooms are fairly ordinary but functional. I thought from pictures that house looked dark because of stone walls, but house is so open that I was not bothered by walls. The living room furniture is also more comfortable than it looks in pictures. The pool was not merely decorative; one could actually swim and exercise in it. We have already booked a return visit.
