Luxury has never been this affordable. Welcome to our beautiful new gulf front second floor condo in the most appealing resort on Scenic 30A. 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath. Over 2,200 sq. ft. 10 foot ceilings, Viking gourmet kitchen with natural gas stove. Huge balcony (over 370 sq.ft.) with views of the Gulf of Mexico and Big Redfish Lake (a rare coastal dune lake). (We are in the middle of the west facing wing -- the left side in the aerial photo below). Fabulous sunsets.
Sanctuary By the Sea is that rare condo development on the Gulf that respects the natural beauty and open spaces of the Emerald Coast. Set on 23 acres of mostly undisturbed dunes and native flora, with over 650 feet of pristine beach, this truly is a “sanctuary” from the over populated, overbuilt complexes that crowd the coast.
Every bedroom has its own private bath. The Master has both a Whirlpool Tub and a large walk-in shower. The Living Room and Master have wide screen HD televisions. TVs and DVD players in every room. Wi-Fi high speed internet connection. 370 sq. ft. balcony w/ tables, chairs, and recliners.
Complimentary beach service (umbrella and chairs). Our umbrella and chairs are set up and waiting for you on the shore. (Beach service is not available November through February).
Three swimming pools (one with a waterfall), two hot tubs, two gas fire pits, outdoor gas grills. Exercise facility. Club house with big screen movie theater (seating for 7), virtual golf room (must see it to believe it) -- all complimentary.

Don't confuse us with Sanctuary at Redfish -- a nice resort nearby but it is not on the Gulf. You can walk directly to the beach from our condo with very few stairs. (Our elevators makes it extra convenient).

Karen & Paul Milich bought this condo new in 2009. We love South Walton and have been visiting the area since the early 1980s. Paul is a law professor at Georgia State University in Atlanta and Karen is a personal assistant.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago...and it was AMAZING! We loved it so much we contacted the owners to find out if we could stay longer but unfortunately for us, it was rented out. Next year we are planning to stay 2 weeks. It was pure heaven! Access to the pool and beach was easy. Our 3 year old son especially loved the zero-entry pool. He preferred the pool to the beach which made me sad...but atleast he was happy! The condo was amazing too! Spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything that you need is there from pots to pans to a wonderful wine fridge. Perfect! If you are looking for quiet and relaxing..then this is FOR YOU! The beaches are NOT crowded. The Pool is NOT crowded. The complex is perfect! Bonus with the chairs and umbrella service too! Location, location, location---and this definitely has it! Whether you want to shoot over to Seaside, Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach--those are so close that you can ride your bike to OR if you want to go to crowded Sandestin to shop at their fun stores or take the kids to the Sandestin Square--then this is the place to stay! Easy to get to everything! If you can't tell--we LOVE this place. Thanks to Paul and Karen for their hospitality. We can't wait to come back next year!

We were looking for a nice place to spend a relaxing week on the beach. We could not have been more pleased with the Sanctuary by the Sea complex and especially this condo. It was exactly as advertised (actually better) and in such a nice location. We loved eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. We saw dolphins swimming up and down the shore and even kayaked among them. There are mostly private homes along this stretch of beach rather than high-rise condos or hotels, so the atmosphere is very relaxing. All instructions and communications with the owners went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this luxurious unit and complex to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, beautifully furnished, luxurious condo. The gourmet kitchen was very much appreciated as we love to cook and we also took advantage of excellent restaurants in the area (Cafe 30-A and Cafe Tango). This was our second early November vacation in this condo and both times we've been blessed with cool mornings, warm sunny afternoons, beautiful sunsets, and walks on the pure white sand. This is a wonderful time of the year to visit the Gulf Coast, especially in such a beautiful condo.

What a spot and what a condo. The most beautiful beach in the best area on the Florida Panhandle. The condo was perfect. Very upscale, furnished with everything you need, huge balcony, gorgeous views. We have a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Even the laundry room was huge. The resort was first class. Three pools (one has a waterfall), movie theater, gas grills. And the weather was perfect! This is our first experience with VRBO renting and it was simple and hassle free. The owners were very responsive and clearly care about their guests. They sent us the condo code and we just checked ourselves in. (Keyless locks are a great idea with a large family at the beach). We can't wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived it was time to relax, enjoy the sunshine and the area. The listing describes the condo exactly as it is. Luxurious yet so comfortable for a family get away. Buying fresh shrimp and preparing it in the functional and beautiful kitchen was our way to start perfect evenings watching sunsets from the balcony. Walking the beach, kayaking the lake, and biking are some of the activities we enjoyed. Can't wait to go back! We will never stay any where else!

My husband and I were fortunate to stay at this condo for Thanksgiving. WOW! It is an awesome condo with the ultimate of furnishings, amenities and a gorgeous gulf view. Being close to everything - Watercolor, Seaside, and the incredible 30-A experience. The appointments in the condo itself will place you in another world - luxury at its best! If you have the opportunity, this condo is the ultimate experience!

This was the BEST place we have ever stayed at! The condo is immaculate and the luxuriously appointed! Awesome view, incredible ammenties, and the beach was better than the photos! The location between Destin and Seaside is perfect to be close the action, but tucked away from the busy beach areas. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here in May and loved it! The condo was magnificent, it had everything you could ask for and more. My husband loves to cook and when he saw the Viking kitchen, it was hard to pull him away. The view of the gulf is wonderful and the sound of the gulf, need I say more......We would certainly stay here again, very very soon!

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo in May 2009. The pictures on the website didn't do it justice! We loved all the amenities, gulf view and the comforts of the condo itself. We are planning our next vacation and plan to stay at this condo again!!!
