The first floor has 1 king bedroom with a patio and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has cable TV with a DVD/VCR in the twin bedroom. The full bath is on the first floor with the shower and toilet divided from the sink area for added privacy.
The second floor has an open living and dining area which leads to the fully stocked cook's kitchen. There is a balcony off the living room with sliding glass doors. Perfect to catch the ocean breezes and sounds. There are new furnishings, new hardwood floors and plenty of seating.
Cassine Gardens has a wonder neighborhood and family atmosphere, yet you are only a five minute walk from the white sands of the beaches of South Walton. There are two community pools for your use as well as tennis courts, basketball hoop, nature trails and bike paths. We are within easy walking distance to local restaurants, fish markets and a brief bike ride will lead you to Seaside and Watercolor. Local restaurants such as Café Thirty A, Angelinas, La Botana's are right at your door.
Cassine Gardens is centrally located between Destin and Panama City Beach.
East of Seagrove in Panama City Beach is Pier Park, a large shopping center with specialty shops, restaurants and a movie theater. West of Seagrove in Destin you can go shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons.
