Beautiful oceanfront vacation rental. On the sand of a private beach in a 24 hour gate guarded and security patrolled community.
Beach Road is situated within the quaint community of Capistrano Beach, located between Dana Point Harbor and San Clemente Pier. The beach house sits directly upon the sand. Two bedrooms, one bathroom and laundry facilities are located upstairs with one bathroom, nicely equipped kitchen, dining nook and large living room downstairs. The living room has 2 custom full-size sleeper sofas that can sleep 4 additional guests.
House is a side-by-side completely furnished duplex. Each unit has a front and back balcony as well as a front and back patio and a firepit on the beach. The beachside patio has a table with umbrella and chairs. The balconies have chairs as well. Only the driveway is shared which can hold up to 12 cars.
Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, breathtaking sunsets, quiet walks along the beach and memories that will last a lifetime.

Year Purchased: 1993
Hi, I'm Sue Hufnagle,owner and manager of our family beach house in Capistrano Beach. We love "THE BEACH HOUSE" and spend as much family time there as possible. We like to get up early and surf fish. We drink coffee on the beach and watch for dolphins every morning. We usually do see some and ocassionally a seal or two as well. Our Grandchildren hunt for pretty shells and also rocks to paint later in the day. Our perfect day starts with breakfast outside on the beachside patio. What a view! After breakfast we pick up a good book and grab an adirondack chair and find a restful place on the beach to read, relax, and watch the ocean. We enjoy a beautiful day, swim and build sand castles, BBQ dinner and eat by candlelight at sunset whenever possible. We end the day with a camp fire, roasting marshmallows, making samores and often hunt grunion before going to bed. We are lulled to sleep by the sounds of the surf. Really a perfect beach day! But best of all, another one tomorrow and the day after that, and the day after that, and every day of our vacation!
