This Gorgeous Garden City Foothills Home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 family rooms, and inside/outside dining areas with exquisite views of the deep blue-water Bear Lake and the elegant Rocky and Wasatch Mountains. The Manor is conveniently located 3 blocks from Bear Lake Blvd and 2 blocks from Logan Road. Year Round Access.
Sailboat Manor provides comfortable accommodations for large groups (25-30 Maximum). Beds are available for 24 guests with plenty of floor space for sleeping bags. The inside dining area seats 20 with additional outside seating on a 950 square foot deck. It is an ideal private location for family reunions, company retreats, or simple outings with friends.
The Manor is equipped with an eight burner event grill, a Foosball, Ping-Pong, Air Hockey and Pool Table for at home entertainment when the sun goes down on the lake!
Summer Rentals require a minimum 3 night stay (Friday-Sunday) and a minimum 4 night stay (Monday-Thursday). Full week rentals are available at a discounted rate. Winter rentals require a minimum 2 night stay. Independently Owned and Operated. Personal First Rate Service.

We loved our stay at the Sailboat manor. It was ideal for a large group with a large kitchen and lots of seating at tables. The kids had a ball with all of the fun gear in the garage from ping pong to air hockey. The view of the lake was beautiful and the location was so close. The extra parking was a big plus for us and we look forward to returning to the sailboat manor.

We stayed at Sailboat Manor with our family reunion where we had 13 adults and 13 children. The house was just great. There was plenty of room for everyone. The view off of the back deck made every evening wonderful. There were so many things for the children to do at the house that they were never bored. It is particularly well organized and everything seemed to be there that we could possibly use. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to have a great vacation. I don't think that the pictures actually do it justice. It was so light and airy. It is well maintained and the management is great!

Beautiful home! We are timeshare owners who have stayed in many nice places, and yet this one tops them all! It was very clean and well-equipped. The view of the emerald lake and its many sailboats was spectacular. An ideal location for family get-togethers. We had a great time!

The first thing you see when you walk into this home is the majestic view of the crystal blue lake through the giant floor-to ceiling windows. It takes your breath away. The home is so spacious, light, bright, clean - FULLY stocked with everything you need for your holiday. We brought our family of 6 and had a reunion with 6 other relatives and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The main floor boasts a big bedroom with a double-headed shower so the whole family can get cleaned up if necessary! My kids (ages 4 - 13) were thrilled with the garage-converted game room (ping pong table, fuseball, air hockey) and the giant screen tv and pool table downstairs. We brought our Rock Band X-Box game and had a blast doing that on the big television. As a mother of four I really appreciated how organized the home is (everything is labeled) especially the kitchen - the cupboards are marked so you know where the pans are/go - etc. It was very helpful. Thanks for a memorable week and for the spectacular accomodations! The only downside was coming home to my own frumpy home...with no view...waa!

Sailboat Manor was such a treat and I feel as though we could not have stayed in a more beautiful house. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was a real family feel to the place. I especially enjoyed the Games room, the bright ocean theme of the house and the gorgeous view of Bear Lake from the balcony. I would recommend Sailboat Manor to anybody looking for a relaxing break!

We booked Sailboat Manor on behalf of our three out-of-state children and their families. The house is beautifully decorated in the sailboat/ocean theme. All the supplies and furniture are (or appear to be) brand new. The view of the lake from the numerous windows is fantastic! It is an incredably beautiful lake house and associating with the property manager, Ane Marie, was a pleasure. You can't do better than Sailboat Manor for a Bear Lake holiday!

Our weekend stay at this house was wonderful! We felt as though we were the only ones to have ever of stayed here - everything was so fresh and clean! The view of the lake was amazing and the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. The house was spotless, comfortable, and very spacious. It was nice to have on-site activities to do (the game rooms) when we experienced one day of cold weather. Ane Marie was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be staying here again!
