Worked out perfectly

We loved our stay at Sea Haven Vista. The location is fantastic, and the house is stocked with everything you need, impeccably clean, and is a perfectly maintained blast from the past with its original 60s decor, appliances, accessories, etc. If you're looking for a place in the woods to spend time with family or friends, we highly recommend renting this house.

Seahaven Vista

This was a very comfortable house in a beautiful secluded location. There was plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. The view of Tomales Bay from the main room and deck was spectacular. The location is convenient for all parts of the Pt. Reyes National Seashore yet not too far from San Francisco to go in for the day if desired.

Perfect vacation retreat

Guest: Dad + 2 (Minnesota)
Date of Stay: 03/21/11 Review Submitted: 03/31/11

I spent the better part of a week at this lovely house atop the hill in Inverness. While it rained a LOT (it appears that the Spring of 2011 was exceptionally wet, even for the Point Reyes peninsula) we managed to hike every day, and there were always windows of lovely weather. Seahaven Vista (the owners' name for house) was a perfect place to come home to at the end of each day. It has all the comforts of home, and then some. It is in a perfect location and has lots of room to stretch out and relax. We intend to return next Spring Break.

a month at seahaven vista

Guest: marilyn (Santa Rosa, CA)
Date of Stay: 07/25/10 Review Submitted: 08/24/10

We have just left Seahaven Vista after a month - although the weather was colder than normal we had a wonderful time. The house stays warm!! For my 84 year old husband that is so important. We had family of all ages enjoying this house - coming and going throughout the month. Everyone loved it - different beaches every day - wonderful family dinners at the wonderful dining table, games aplenty at this same table. The house is beautiful, very well equiped, very comfortable and very clean. Exactly as described. This is our second trip at this house and we hope to return again.

Great Week at Seahaven Vista

Guest: AbacusTT (West Hartford, CT)
Date of Stay: 05/31/10 Review Submitted: 06/06/10

We hand a great week at this excellent family house. The house was exactly as described on VRBO and the accompaning link to the house page. Even the family of deer pictured paid us an evening visit. the house came very well equiped which made our transition into the house very easy. the detailed insturction book on the dining room table was the most complete that i have ever seen. We would not hesitate to recommend this home and would come again if we are back in Point Reyes with friends and family. Our appreciation to the owners for allowing us to use their home. Just a great week!!!!
