This gorgeous 2 Bedroom-2 Bath townhouse-style condo is ideally located for the vacation of a lifetime -- whether your idea of fun is hiking, golfing, restaurants and nightlife, or lying by the pool! Beautifully furnished, this home away from home includes a full kitchen, cable large-screen LCD TVs, and all amenities needed for your stay. The condo is quiet inside, but is located next to the pool and bbq patio, just a short walk to the exercise room.
Rental includes full access to a local luxury spa – first-class workout facilities, basketball & racquet courts, spa services, lounge, pool, and activities just down the road.
The condo with garage is part of the upscale gated Grayhawk community in north Scottsdale, with mountains on one side and all of Scottsdale and the Phoenix valley – golf, shopping, restaurants & nightlife – on the other. Includes king-size bed, 2 twins, roll-away bed, 2 LCD TVs (1 large screen in living room, wall-mounted LCD in Master Bedroom), DVD player, balcony, 6-seat dining room and eat-in bar, fully-equipped kitchen, leather furniture and high-speed internet.
Area sports include the FBR (Phoenix) Open, MLB spring training, pro sports teams (NFL Cardinals, MLB Diamondbacks, NBA Suns, NHL Coyotes), and plenty of individual events -- marathons, triathlons, horse shows, & more!

Why the Owner Chose Grayhawk
North Scottsdale has it all - hiking & biking, topshelf golf, sports, nightlife, shopping, beautiful views, great neighborhoods, easy access to lakes and highways to AZ attractions like the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the painted desert. It's the newest and nicest part of the valley of the sun! We lived in other parts of Scottsdale and Phoenix metro before moving out of state for work, and chose the Grayhawk area for our vacation home. We love it and hope you will too!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo with Garage (Townhouse)
We have a poolside corner unit, with no one above or below us. Our townhome is far enough away from the main clubhouse & its pool near the complex entrance, so there's not as much walking traffic or noise. Garage parking is important for the hot Arizona sun. We have a relationship with a luxurious local spa & fitness facility that gets our guests free passes.

We met in Arizona, and lived in various areas of Scottsdale and Phoenix metro. Work called us away, but we get back as often as life allows. It's still our favorite place, with the best combination of outdoor healthy lifestyle and indoor fun!
