The view looking directly at the ski lift lets you see what is happening on the mountain. In the morning, you can start the coffee, check Rosi's Run for fresh powder, and see if the Super Bee chair is running from the kitchen. In the afternoon, you can catch some sun on the deck while watching the rest of your party ski down to your unit. In the evening, you can keep an eye on the children at the tubing hill while you keep warm by the fireplace.
You can pull your car right up to the door and unload your gear. All three bedrooms are downstairs - one king, one queen, and a bunk room with four bunks. One bath with a shower is downstairs and one bath with a jetted tub is upstairs. The upstairs is open with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area that has a queen Murphy bed on the back wall.
You can watch a Blu-Ray recording on the Flat Screen or challenge your guests to a game of chess or just relax with a book after a day of skiing. Perhaps, you may want to use the Village Point Hot Tub after spending the day skiing, hiking, or biking.
Copper Station is next door for lift tickets, rentals, dining, entertainment, and the bus stop. The East Village is a peaceful and secure area close to the entrance of Copper Mountain.
This unit looks directly at the Super Bee Chair. The location is as close as you can get to lifts.
Rent direct from the owners and save on the best skiing location at Copper Mountain. Stays for less than the published minimums are available only if there is a gap in the schedule. We first started skiing Copper in the mid 70’s (yeah – that old) and always considered it one of the best mountains in Colorado. We probably skied it 200+ times. After moving back east, we skied all over the west and have been to many areas but did not go back to Copper until a few years ago. The changes in the mountain are amazing with so much more terrain to explore. Plus staying at the Berger condo is fantastic with ski in/ski out access to the Super B lift. The owners take obvious pride in the condo, the location is great, and is sure beats putting on ski boots in a parking lot and trudging to the lifts. And there is nothing like sitting on the deck after a full day, sipping a libation, watching the skiers come down from their last run. Wish I could go more often.Did you find this review helpful? Very clean and comfortable. Owners were very nice and communicated openly. I would recommend this property to anyone. My only issue was that the sliding glass door to outside is through a bedroom, not a common area so the ski in-ski out is really only for the people staying in that room- unless they don't mind everyone walking through their bedroom to come in and out.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

The location is perfect. The location in the East village reduces the lift lines and you literally ski out of the condo to the lift line. Will be back again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Closer to the Super Bee lift than any condo on the mountain. Literally 50 steps. Condo is a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. Location is PRIMO! Hot tub is terrific too!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Great Location! Disapointed in cleaniness, (lack of ) contacted management the first day there for extra towels, ( there were only 8 in the unit) asked for 3 extra and never received....Nice hot tub, and laundry area. We ended up having 10 adults and everyone was comfortable,Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: I have contacted Carbonate Property Management and advised them of the shortage of towels. There should be 8 towels out and 4 extra. I added housekeeping's phone number to my arrival instructions so guests can call their office directly. Our limit is 9 guests for the unit.

We had a great family ski trip and can't wait to return. The location at copper resort was great and very convenient. The condo easily met the needs of our family of seven, with room to spare. Well furnished and functional, the condo was a great place gather at the end of the day.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This was a great condo! It was clean, comfortable and well-appointed without being over the top. The description was accurate. We stayed there with a young child during the Courage Classic (July). Kitchen had all the basic things you need. Deck looked right out at the mountain. Can't get much closer. We ate dinner on it every night. Rooms stayed nicely cool even during a hot spell. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We started skiing Copper Mtn. when we were dating in the 70's. Our best ski vacations were always at Copper where all three of our girls learned to ski. The picture is from Maryland where we had snow last winter in large amounts. Now that all three of the girls have moved out of the house Valerie is back in school working on her degree in early childhood education. Steve is an airline pilot with USAirways flying 757s out of Philadelphia International Airportl.
Why the Owner Chose Village Point:
We wanted a location that allowed for easy access to Denver International Airport which meant Summit County. Of the four ski areas in the county, Copper is our favorite. Then our decision came down to either Frisco or Copper Mtn. Although we like shopping and walking around Frisco, nothing beats being at a mountain resort to relax away from it all. Village Point 112 was available right at the base of the Super Bee and we jumped at the opportunity to purchase the best ski-in, ski-out location on the mountain.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our condo is the place we wish we could have rented when our girls were growing. The unit is perfect for the seven of us that went to the slopes every year - my wife and I, three daughters, and my wife's parents. The tubing hill is great for kids, Grandma enjoys watching everyone come down the slopes, and Grandpa can quit early if his knee gets to hurting. Summers are a hidden treasure with plenty of biking and hiking trails in the area. The golf course is right in front of our unit and there are trout in the local streams.
