Beautiful main channel view of the Lake of the Ozarks, MO.
This one bedroom top floor unit comes complete with everything you need to have fun in the sun or just get away for a while. The building is only one building away from the outside pool.
We have 2 TV's, games, and movies, in the unit. The kitchen is complete down to the pots and pans. Laundry faculties, deli, food and drinks are available in the Mini- Mart next door. Indoor pool and hot tubs at the clubhouse just incase it does rain on your trip.
We do have a boat slip available if you would like to bring your boat. The complex is on the 12-mile marker of the lake off of Horseshoe Bend (HH). Take a stroll on the lighted boardwalk around the complex at night.
We have on site security and a gated entrance. Only minutes from golf, shopping, restaurants, state park, amusement parks, outlet mall, strip with games and stores, boating, skiing, fishing, and so much more.
Unit has been up-date to include new carpet, ceramic tile floor, paint, microwave, refrigerator, bar stools all in the year 2010.

My Husband and I have lived around the Lake area for most of our lives. The lake has so much to offer with so many things to do from boating to the 100+ stores at the outlet mall. I am a Realtor here at the lake and my husband is in construction. The complex is centered next to just about anything you might want to do. Southwood Shores has always been my favorite complex because it has everything you need inside the complex.

Here at the Lake of the Ozarks, MO., you will be amazed at all we have to offer. From the endless shore line to the fantastic dining you will find it all here. Go to the spa, boating, fishing, and skiing, shopping, golf, relax in the sun, or just swim in the lake. Then at end the day go out for a great meal at any of the many restaurants we have here at the lake. Finish the night by coming back to the condo and taking a walk around the lighted boardwalk at the complex. Then rest on the deck and watch the boats go by in the dark with the lights shinning.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
You will find so many things here in your unit at Southwood Shores to keep you busy. We have tennis, basketball, indoor pool, an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, boat ramp, boat trailer parking, lighted boardwalk, kids playground, and even a fish cleaning area. If you don’t want to swim in the pools, we even have a roped off area in the lake to swim. You don’t really have to leave the complex since you have a full kitchen for your meals and a gas grill if you want to Bar-B Que. Just lay around and relax, watch a movie or sit on your deck and watch the boats go by. This is the life.

We had a great time at the lake. It was just the break we needed. The condo was clean and neat and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and relaxing in the new hottubs. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!
