This house is in a great location situated right in the heart of Surfside Beach, just 1 block from the library, playground & tennis courts and 3 blocks from the ocean, Surfside Pier, restaurants, nightlife, ice cream Shoppe and much more.
We take great pride in our beach house and want families to enjoy their vacations here as much as we do. Our home was professionally decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay. Rocking chairs on the two covered porches overlooking the pool and furniture around the pool make for pleasant use of the outdoor space. Two bedrooms with King beds, one with Queen, one with Dbl + Twin and one with two Dbls. Queen sofa bed in living room.
Watch the sunrise reflecting on the ocean from the upper level porch. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV.
Surfside Beach is a family beach less crowded than Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy the wide white sandy beach with lifeguards during the summer season; quiet relaxing time at the private fenced pool or the many activities the area has to offer.
Golf, shopping, water parks, miniature golf, shows & attractions are only minutes away; restaurant row in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island are only 15 minutes away and historic Charleston is 90 miles away.
Weekly rentals May thru August start at 3pm on Saturday and check-out is the following Saturday no later than 10am. The contract signer must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the property during the rental period.
