Perfect house for 2 small families or one larger one. Steps to towns restaurants, ice cream, candy store, and quaint shops. 2 blocks to the Spring Lake Park with tennis courts, fishing lake, and shaded playground. And of course only 5 blocks to the beach itself. We walk it w/3 kids in 10 minutes.
It's a great old house with tons of charm. Everything is newly decorated and just painted. Lots of windows and big Oak trees that provide the perfect sea breeze day and night. The large living room has original wood moldings and working fireplace. NO Centrail Air.
Separate TV room/porch is ++ for kids and privacy. HUGE completely private backyard with hedges. BRAND NEW 800sf patio w/fire pit and grill.Great for sports, grilling, cocktailing, ect ect. House decor is Pottery Barn. 1 bunk bed, 1 full, and 2 queens. Bikes, toys, beach chairs are all included.

this is a great house for a summer or any time of year beach get away -- nothing fancy, just fabulous! The house has tons of charm, lots of cozy hang out space and an amazing and huge backyard for cooking out, playing, and lounging. It's right near town and it's a quick walk or bike to the best beach around. It's clean and easy to be in. A thumbs up.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Came to NJ from the Upper Peninsula and had never been to the Jersy Shore... This place is great. My kids had a great time in the wide open yard and being able to walk to the beach. The weather was amazing and the town of Spring Lake is just what we were looking for. Can't wait to come back year after year.

Love this house and the warm/family vibe it has. We would walk to town in the morning for fresh scones, take bike rides on the boardwalk and sit by the fire pit at night. It's hard to find a house that has it all, this one does.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
