I have always loved the beach! In fact my favorite memories of my childhood were visiting the ocean with my family. We always spent a month or more every year at the beach . It made up for the long hours at school or the snow in the winter BRRRRRR. After I became a mom I wanted my gals to have a love of the beach as well . We are fortunate to live in the Hills and have the beach rental we get to use occasionally. I have a design degree and have made the unit very easy to maintain and it is available with maid service on a daily weekly or 1-2 month basis if needed .I would love to share this comfortable environment with you. I just finished fully remodeling it. It is modern with very comfortable upscale bedding and amenities like a 4 star hotel.

I used to live full time in Redondo Beach and made a decision to move to the hills for different educational opportunities for the girls. At the time I purchased this unit for my Mom who now lives in the hills. I have turned it into a very modern Artsy beach retreat . The South Bay is one of the loveliest areas in Southern California. As a coveted year round residential area it is safe & peaceful. If you want to experience California as a native who can walk 3 blocks to a lovely beach with great lifeguards this is your vacation, You can walk to town and markets and are 15 minutes from Los Angeles Airport

As a suburb at the beach feel free to visit other nearby beach cities attend volleyball tournaments, go surfing, we have a Sunset tan steps away. Tired and want a change of pace plan trips to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach ,Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica & Malibu . Also close to Los Angeles ,Beverly Hills ,Pasadena ,Long Beach. Need major retail therapy Beverly hills And the Grove shopping centers vintage shopping on Melrose 20 minutes away. Don't forget the world famous Pasadena Rose Bowl flea market seen on HGTV is the 2nd Sunday of every month.
