What a wonderful stay at Surfn'dipity! Our family of 17 people ages 4 to 72 had an awesome vacation week that exceeded all of our expectations. The home was just as described, spacious, beautifully decorated, with privacy and individual space for every age group. Our family loves to cook and the top quality pots and pans, two dishwashers, sinks, and stoves, an ice-maker and wine refrigerator, plus all the needed kitchen tools made our meals easy to prepare and cleanup. The pool was a delight and a favorite place for the little ones to play while our teens loved the ocean and beach. We golfed, went fishing, rented wave runners, and ate out. Dinky's was our favorite place. We enjoyed the Orange Blossom bakery's 'uglies' (apple fritters) and we visited several shops featuring local or regional artists. Hatteras is unspoiled and quiet. Patrick and Debbie were gracious and welcoming and are attentive and caring owners. We appreciated the bottle of wine and the personal note welcoming us; overall, it was the best vacation our family has ever taken together.

We have stayed at Surf-n-Dipity twice now & it is the perfect house to spend your vacation in! Everything you need is there! The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, upgraded pots & pans, utensils & glasswear. The property was immaculate & luxurious in decor & ammenities. Each room is equally spacious with it's own full bath- truly a "get-away" from your get away. The owners are a dream to work with & will bend over backwards to ensure you have an amazing time at their home. We came with 4 families and there was so much space we never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool is great for all ages and has a wading pool attached for small kids to splash in. My favorite place is the hammock on the 2nd level deck, where you can lay & read a book or take a nap! There is a great space with fuze ball and TV hang out are for teenagers & kids of all ages on the bottom level. The view is beautiful as you can see the sun setting all around the cape from the upper deck. We were there in the height of the summer & the beach was never too crowded & the water was beautiful. Hatteras is a quiet, laid back escape where you can truly get away from it all. We will definitely come back to Surf-in-Dipity and will recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale vacation treat.

From aesthetics to practicality, we can't say enough about this house. Beauty and function blended perfectly. Multiple master bedrooms! Multiple places to relax and multiple ways. Besides the usuals of beach, pool and hot tub there were many Aidirondacks on the sunny deck for morning coffee or afternoon drinks, hammock and two hammock swings on the shady deck for lazy afternoon reading or naps cooled by an incredible ocean breeze, screened porch with picnic table where some of our children dined, and best of all the hightop table in the corner of the upper deck where we adults relaxed over all our dinners with the most incredible views! Wow. No need to EVER leave this little paradise of a place. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Surfn’Dipity over the week of July 4th with several other families and had a wonderful time making memories and enjoying every aspect of the house and Cape Hatteras. Patrick and Debbie have obviously placed a great deal of thought and time into ensuring that memories are made while people are vacationing at Surfn’Dipity. The house is decorated so beautifully with high-quality furniture and amenities to help you feel right at home the second you arrive. There is ample room for large groups of all ages to spread out and enjoy the peace and tranquility of an ocean vacation while still ensuring that all are able to socialize in a comfortable and spacious setting. The ocean view was amazing with a pool and hot tub that made relaxing and spending time together a delight. This was a spectacular home and our family is still talking about how wonderful of a time they had on their summer vacation in Cape Hatteras and Surfn’Dipity! Thank you Patrick and Debbie for remembering all of the little things that make a family’s vacation extraordinary!

What an awesome vacation. Three generations age 2-59 under one roof. The house was wonderful, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was fantastic everything was provided that we would need to prepare a snack to dinner for a crowd. As each of our children arrived everyone had the same response "WOW". The first evening, setting on the upper deck taking in the breath taking view of the ocean, we all agreed this would be a vacation we would never forget. Patrick and Debbie were so very pleasant to work with and made everything so easy. I certainly appreciated, while en route, the text and follow up phone call from Debbie with instructions on entering the house. Then there was a follow up call from Patrick after we had arrived to make sure everything was ok, and a bottle of wine with hand written note welcoming us. Oh and the elevator, I was recovering with a broken leg, What a Bonus!! Hatteras is one of the most beautiful places I have seen. We loved the fact it was less commercial and we didn't feel rushed. Just can't say enough, from the pool to the hot tub, hammocks even puzzles and board games. This is the place to come to slow down and enjoy the beauty of the outer banks. There will be plenty of smiles and laughter. We are already talking about our next visit. Thank you Patrick and Debbie!!

We get an east coast, luxury rental home each year and take our elderly/disabled family on a week-long beach vacation. Surfn'dipity is one of the most beautiful homes we've leased ~ delightfully decorated with great amenities and fabulous views. I particularly appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked with high quality appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Both Patrick and Debbie were very congenial and immediately responsive to our needs. Overall - a top-rated home managed by caring, attentive owners. I recommend it highly.

Loved this house!!!!! Stayed at this house for two weeks. Has a breath taking view. The owner's are very plesant to work with. Very kid friendly. Best two weeks we very had. This is a must to house to stay in. The pool and spa was great plus.
