The home features TWO masters, each with their own bath, and bedroom 3 and 4 share a bath.Each master has it's own french door entrance. The main entrance is via french doors also.
The home is charming, light, bright, open, with lots of windows throughout and a skylight in the kitchen. The kitchen has a double oven and a gas range.
The patio is amazing for entertaining! It's huge with lots of seating and a bbq as well.
The main part of town is only 1-2 blocks away. The main lifeguard tower, the two oceanfront parks, and the main beach areas. All around the corner!
The home is bright, happy, open, and sure to provide a wonderful vacation experience for you! French doors allow breezes and light into the living and master bedroom.
You have use of 4 beach chairs with towels. There is an outdoor shower area for rinsing off after the beach. A laundry room is also at your disposal.
A patio area with outdoor dining tables and seating area is a great way to hear the sound of crashing waves.
All bedrooms have ultra comfortable beds with soft bedding and sheets. Two of the bathrooms feature new tile, cabinets, and granite sink tops. They both have shower/tub enclosures.
This is the ideal location since you are steps to the beach, and only 1/2 block to the 2 oceanfront bars/restaurants in Del Mar.

We rented the beach house in Del Mar for 3 days during June 2011. What a fantastic location, right at a great beach. There are delicious restaraunts right up the road, and you can catch the coaster from the Solana Beach station. The house was well decorated, clean, and very airy with lots of windows to let the light in. There is a washer/dryer, extra beach towels, and a hot/cold outdoor shower on the property to help enhance the beach experience. There were a couple of beach cruiser bikes, some beach chairs, and a boogie bodyboard also on the property. The house has a flatscreen TV, cable with wifi. The appliances we used (gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot) were clean and fully operational. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The house is older, and not all areas have been completely updated, but everything was in pretty good shape. Definitely recommended for travellers wanting the beach experience. Expect horns and noise from the passing trains and typical June gloom for the area. I would rent this property again if I was looking to vacation to the San Diego beaches and needed this size place.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
