wow what a great townhouse so close to everything and what a joy a heated garage just right for organizing the truck packing skis and bags in comfort.A beautiful luxurious town that you can really mould into that lacks nothing in the equipment stakes.Shirley should be very proud of the presentation of her lovely town house We enjoyed our time here and hopefully we will be back again next year

This is one of the best experiences we have ever had staying at a condo. We had the most pleasant stay there, thanks to the owner's high standards, attention to detail, and personal touch. The biggest thing is its affordability. By renting directly from an owner, you get a very reasonable deal. The condo was extremely clean -- so comfortable to walk around in our socks or even lie down on the carpet. It was beautifully decorated -- It had none of that cheesy "generic" art that are on the walls of so many chain hotel rooms. Instead, it had a warm, friendly, cozy cabin-like feel to it, even with Christmas trees! It included extra amenities -- sweet-scented hand soaps and lotions, a kitchen stocked with staples like jam, peanut butter, mustard, and salad dressing, things that are annoying to have to buy when you're on vacation for only a week. Other awesome things: comfortable yet firm beds, super warm blankets, tons of towels, fireplace, a phone number we could call if we needed anything, a humidifier, a heated garage, free washer-dryer, 3 bathrooms, 3 tvs, LOTS of space, a nearby jacuzzi and pool, and need i say, much much more... It's a very short drive to Safeway, a cute little downtown area with restaurants and shops, and to the outlet malls, woo hoo!

5 of us stayed at the condo to celebrate a 70th birthday with bike riding and white water rafting. We had a wonderful time in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our sourdough waffles twice. The pool and spas were refreshing after our bike rides. We will definitely want to use this condo again if we return to Frisco for another get together. The listing and description were accurate. The pictures were accurate, but the reality was much better. Things were clean and the owner promptly answered all of our questions. The biking is excellent. Pepino's for pizza is a must.

This unit was exactly as described, and a perfect location for our family vacation. If skiing multiple locations in Summit COunty, Frisco cannot be beat in terms of an ideal location. Gomer's Gulch, and Lagoon Townhomes, are right near restaurants, groceries, and shopping while set back in a quiet area that is free from street noise. The unit is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could possibly need. The dual-level layout is perfect for those traveling with folks who don't go to bed at the same hour. The garage was a blessing, as we received 2 feet of snow and never had to clear a windshield. It also provided a nice, warm place to keep our ski boots. The unit was clean and comfortable. Additional bedding and blankets were in abundance. We have no complaints at all! The owner was punctual in communication, and very easy to deal with. This was our first VRBO experience, but we will certainly continue to travel this way in teh future.

We think this Condo is one of the best places to stay in Frisco! The description on the website was absolutely accurate. The Condo was perfectly clean and the furnishings and decorating even better than the pictures on the website, since the owner has recently updated. Everyone raves about the views, I was a bit skeptical, but the mountain views were beautiful and one of the things were really enjoyed about staying here. The kitchen was very well stocked, a nice surprise. The owner was very pleasant accomodating, and helpful in answering all our questions. I can't say enough good things about this condo, you will not be dissappointed if you chose to stay here. There are so many things to do in the area, but the adventure we decided to splurge on was a self-guided jeep ride to the top of the mountain peek, everyone enjoyed this spectacular ride in the Montezuma area. A bit scary at times, but not dangerous. It was a hightlight of our stay here. Maybe the only concern, for older folks,is there are 2 sets of stairs to climb....from the entrance to the main floor and then another set up to the bedrooms. So if climbing stairs is troublesome, you may want to think twice about renting this condo. Otherwise, a fabulous place to stay!

Wow! What a great way to vacation. Everything was just as it was described on the website. We skiied and snowboarded Breck, Keystone, and Vail, and this location was perfect for all three. The townhome had beautiful views and the heated garage was more than convenient. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home. Our vacation wouldn't have been the same without it.

My husband and I stayed here the week of 1/24/09 thru 01/31/09. It was wonderful having a heated garage, fully equipped kitchen, and a gas log fireplace! We have been skiing in Colorado yearly since 1986, and this is the best place we've ever stayed.

Your place was wonderful to stay in! We enjoyed it very much. The travel time to Keystone (15 minutes), Breckenridge (25 minutes), and Copper (10 minutes) was so convenient. We skied each one and Copper twice because it was so convenient (and our favorite!). It was even possible to walk to grab a quick bite to eat and go to the grocery store (and Walmart) if you're not worn out from skiing! Thank you so much. We would definitely like to stay again.

If you want a home away from home this is the place to be! Comfortable beds, nice furnishings, kitchen fully stocked with utensils and appliances. Bring your food and you are all set! The jet tub in the master bath was perfect for our tired muscles after skiing all day at Copper. Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful home!

We can't say enough good things about this rental. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommended it to anyone. We arrived on an unusually cold and raining day. It was nice to be able to pull into the heated garage and unload everything while staying warm and dry. This garage also came in very handy for storing our bikes. There was plenty of room for both the bikes and our van. We were happy to find a couple bike paths were easily accessible from this location without having to ride on any busy streets. It was less than half a mile bike ride to the Dillon Lake path (much less if you cut through the empty field in back). It was also very convenient having the Wal-Mart and Safeway (grocery) stores so close by as we had to make several unexpected trips to the store for things we needed. You can walk to Taco Bell from here. The clubhouse was very nice and there is a pathway behind the unit that you can follow to get there. If you have small children, you should bring floaties for them as the shallowest part of the pool is about 4 feet deep. Otherwise the water was a good temperature and my wife liked the hot tubs. We usually had the entire pool area to ourselves. We ate a lot of meals here and found the kitchen to be very well stocked with the things we needed for preparing them. A lot of items like the 2 gallon pitcher and pizza slicer were unexpected but came in handy when we needed them. It looked like everything you could possibly need for preparing meals was there. There were enough plates/glasses to last several meals and prevented us from having to run the dishwasher frequently. The grill on the deck worked flawlessly for the several times we fired it up. This rental had great views from most of the windows. Even the small (but private) window in the shower had a great view. We really enjoyed staying in this area. There is much to do and see. A week was not enough to do everything we wanted. Never had the desire to go to Denver for activities. We are looking forward to visiting this area again sometime and wouldn't hesitate to use this rental another time.

This condo is really a wonderfully kept home away from home that we look forward to using again. The beds were excellent and the Club House hot tub was a real friend to our sore muscles. The location in Frisco makes a great "base camp" for hiking and climbing anywhere in Central Colorado. As a real plus, the owners go out of their way to make sure that everything goes well with your stay. Working with them was a true pleasure.

We had a very enjoyable time in your condo. THere was something for everyone: my wife liked having a washer and dryer in the unit; the kids liked the games in the closet and the close proximity of the clubhouse, and I enjoyed grilling on the deck with the mountains in the background. This was our 3rd trip to the area and by far the nicest accomodations. Thanks for the use of your home.

Thanks for the use of your condo. We really enjoyed our stay. I liked having an end unit with a view. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the use of the clubhouse which is a short walk away. The beds felt so good after a long day of skiing. The garage made it easy to store skis and unload luggage. We all had plenty of room and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. It was a nice getaway. Thanks!

We had a fine time in Frisco and loved staying in your condo. We've stayed in other condos in Vermont and elsewhere and we would say that yours was the most confortable and best equipped we have seen. Terrific. Thanks for making this almost like home away from home.
