This tastefully furnished, very clean home is an easy walk to a beautiful ocean beach in Cape May. Recently remodeled and very well maintained by builder/ owner. Family friendly with lots of comforts such as comfortable beds and chairs and sofas. Comcast with lots of channels, HDTVs in living room and master bedroom. High speed wireless internet.
Spacious living room opens to dining room with a large table to enjoy family gatherings seats 10 comfortably. Large kitchen with eat in breakfast area and patio doors to large deck. Large kitchen with island provides space for multiple cooks. Electric range, refrigerator (extra one in garage), Bosche dishwasher, disposal, microwave, good pots and pans and knives will help you turn out some awesome meals if you are inclined. Washer and dryer in dedicated laundry room - so don't bring too many clothes!
Central air and heat with electronic air cleaners. New in 2009, including duct work.
Two car garage and driveway provides a place for all your beach stuff and plenty of parking. Large yard for barbecues or for the kids to play. Great little front porch for morning coffee. Outdoor shower. Cleaning included in rate. Sorry, no pets, no exceptions.

We love the beach and Cape May's is one of the finest - voted second best in the country! Wide, clean and un-crowded. Cape May is unique because it is not on the way to anywhere - no thru Route 1! This makes the town quiet and perfect for biking. Great restaurants. Lots of history, beautiful buildings and trees! Cool Cape May - not just a slogan. Truly a year round town - so unusual at "the shore".
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love to go out to dinner, ride our bikes, walk on the boardwalk, have drinks at the Brown Room and hang out at the beach! Our house is very comfortable. Super quiet street. Shade trees and private front porch are great for morning coffee. Large deck is enjoyed when we grill at night. So quiet at night - you can hear the ocean!

Kim has been in the homebuilding business for 30 years and Bob is in high-tech sales. We are very much "hands on" owners. Thank you for renting your wonderful house. I wanted to let you know that we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our family all enjoyed Cape May: beach, town, neighborhood, trolley, lighthouse, zoo, etc. Your well kept and fully furnished house was conveniently located to provide access to it all. Although the lighthouse and Zoo required a short drive, the rest was within walking distance. It was a great place for all of us to vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

This home is a few blocks from the beach with wonderful amenities. The pictures accurately reflect this lovely property. The property is clean and well maintained. I have recommended this property to family and friends and they had a great vacation!

My brother who is first-class world traveler walked into this house had nothing but praise about the property calling it "hitting the jackpot" and "far better than the photos on the website." I must admit this was the first time I ever rented a property other than a hotel and the first time using a website. My family needed lodging for a wedding we were attending in June in Cape May. Our needs were diverse -- my mother is elderly and uses a walker and wheelchair and my 20-something daughters would be bouncing in and out with a late night schedule. Throw in that I also had my boyfriend with me and we wanted a master suite... how could we please everyone in one house? Well, we did it. This house was PERFECT. It was all the website said and more. It was spotless, nicely decorated and accessorized, and had all the essentials in place. The layout afforded good social space set off from the L-wing for the bedrooms, including a nice master bedroom with it's own bath for us, bedroom for 6 for my girls and boyfriend, and twin beds across the hall for Mother. One morning we had other family members join us for breakfast -- 12 of us in all, and we fit rather comfortably, even with extra cooks in the kitchen. Regarding location, it is located in a spiffy, updated neighborhood surrounded by many newish homes or others in great shape. It's a short walk to the beach, though we drove and parked beachside. This rental provided a great home-away-from-home, saved us money over booking three hotel rooms, and was a huge hit with all of us. Other family members commented what a great idea it was to rent the house and how lucky we were to get such a nice property. We'd love to go back! Another plus was Kim, the owner, who was prompt in all communications and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't ask for more.
